today I did.... Rippedism.com workout 1 + abs workout. I finally signed up for xfa guys. It was $20 for two months. I am in love with these guys. Just love their workouts and my arms are looking pretty amazing for a near 50 year old!

Sandy - I loooooooooooove Squat Rack legs. I don't have a squat rack and you don't need one either. I do not do the 3 minute rests. As a result, the workouts are only 30 minutes! They are stellar!

henrietta - Athletic Step? Yah! I don't like that one either. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Hi All!

Today was a day of short workouts. This morning I did Patrick Goudeau's Quickstep. 30 min fun stepping, but again I did get confused. That seems to happen with several step w/o's the first time I do them. Is it just me that's challenged or is it true what they say... You need to watch it once before trying it. Still a good burn and quite fun.

This afternoon I did KCM Your best body workout 1. There was no warm up... Maybe due to streaming? It was 30 min and I went heavy enough to feel the burn... Perhaps too heavy for my biceps. I guess I will find out in the coming days. My chest has still not fully recovered from the Chest but set Sunday.

Early evening I did Jennifer Galardi's Barre Break Thru Cardio. 15min of plies, plies and more plies... Of course with some variation. It was a nice barefoot w/o that got the heartrate up without really huffing and puffing.

I think I am already coming to the conclusion that I will not continue with this streaming provider after the free month. Everything that I love on there is Cathe... So I don't think the small handful of other w/o's that I like are worth the monthly fee. I'd rather get Cathe Demand so I have all of Cathe's and Live. Fitnessglo also has nice w/o's... Esp Michelle Dozois and Amy Dixon's. Having both Cathe Demand and Fitnessglo would be quite expensive... But still better value for money than a gym membership.

Cecififi maybe I should try to alternate between STS pyho legs and squat rags legs every other week, what do you think? Cathe suggests we stick to one option throughout meso 3. Will see.
Henriette, I think that with Cathe on demand you will have such a good choise of w/s. I will probably subscribe to Cathe live soon as I have chosen to buy most of her dvds. I like to touch them and see them on my shelves.
