Good morning ladies,

Last evening for me: First 40 minutes MIC, UBP-triceps (up and down, thanks to Gym Style Triceps, I was able to increase my weights for both exercises) and Legs and Glutes (floor work and stretch only).

Tonight will be a forced rest day as I have a buisness dinner after work. It will be a triple whammy..no exercise, I will likely eat more than I usually do and I won't get enough sleep (won't get home till midnight and need to leave tomorrow morning at 6:30 for an early meeting). I will certainly feel like yuk tomorrow. Please send support vibrations my way...I will need them.

Another nice day shaping up here in Virginia! Gonna be 71 here! YEAH!

Today is PUB and PLB. Yeah, a double whammy for me. I just feel strong today and I think I can do both.

Today was GS/Chest&Tris and a run. Had to stop sooner than I wanted though. My batteries in CD player went dead.

Hello, Everybody;

Today is RS in the am and 1 hour on the elliptical (with tv) at a slow easy pace in the afternoon. And I will do coremax and stretchmax after RS. I am a little sore from MM yesterday. I upped the weight on the legs and I am feeling it today.

We are going over 70 deg here in Wisconsin also. Of course this weather can't last very long before it will get cold again. I suppose it will happen Friday when I am taking a vacation day!

Last night was a good run (lots of hills) and the upper body push pull premix of Muscle Max plus core for me.

I haven't decided what to do tonight. KPC is on my schedule though:)

Ended up doing PUB Down Only last night. Was supposed to do Pyramid bonus premix but didn't have enough time...food shopping had to take priority over working out last night. :( lol

Tonight will be PLB Down Only and probably some cardio as well.

Good morning everyone!!

I have some serious DOMS from my HIIT run session yesterday, I can barley walk!! LOL!! I am starting to split up my workouts, as I have been reading the Burn the fat feed the muscle E-Book...Great book BTW!! Love it!

Today:
P90X: Shoulders&Arms and AB ripper X..Protein shake in!

Later this afternoon:
Cardio kicks or MIC

Wow...a bit of soreness from PLB and then GS Chest (long workout) and Back. I like it though...}(

I have not begun to pack that bag yet. I have, however, printed out a list of all of the suggested items to include. I was planning on packing about a month b4 my due date...I can not believe it's almost time! WOW-the time has really flown by! :7

Morning all. Well I decided to attempt Step Blast again since I only got through the first combination yesterday. I feel MUCH better today, so I got a good workout in. Last night I did PUB chest and shoulders and the 1st segment of Core Max. Wow, that was great! I love the corkscrew lifts. Those had my lower abs BURNING!

Well I received my Low Max and IMAX 3 yesterday, so I ran to the TV to watch a little bit of each. Now I'm scared! They both look so intense and I feel like I'm NEVER going to get the choreography down. This will be my weekend challenge. I figure that way I'll have extra time to rewind.

Oh Katie, Low Max and Imax 3 are both so great. The choreography in Low Max I found to be a bit easier to get than Imax 3, which is complicated for sure. But you'll get it. Lots of slow motion play helped me:)
 
Today is pilates and PUB....I posted a new rotation on the Open Discussion and on the Video and dvd rotations - its titled something like "please advise on new rotation....need all eyes"

Totally Lame name, but just wanted to see what you buff girls think!

Thank you very much Carla, Suzanne,Shelley,Wendy, Denise, Carole,Reba and everybody.You are the best.Denise thank you. Don't worry. Yesterday I could not go here because I did not have internet.I am a little sad. ;( I was working hard again ( this Monday I did Low Max and kicmax without the legs drills. I finished exhausted but I had a great time)and I have health problems again. ¡ What a waste of time ¡It is so frustrating.Cathe makes me feel proud about myself and stronger. After resolving my sound problems with the hardcore series I was enjoying the hardcore workouts so much.If you could see my "eye of the tiger" while I am doing kickmax or cardio kicks you will see I am giving everything I got. I really feel the fierceness inside me.That`s the reason I love Cathe: because she has shown me I can do everything if I want to do it with all of my heart.I feel she is working out with me and she motivates me to do that last rep when I think I can not do one more. Thank you much Cathe for your marvellous workouts and your contagious enthusiasm and thank you everybody for your warm words.

Hi all, I did PUB shoulders then did PLB calves and floorwork, then did L&G standing leg extensions and leg raises. My heel was hurting this morning so no cardio today. Hopefully my orthotics will be back soon and I can resume my normal regiment of activity.

Stayfit I hope your cold is better soon!!:D
