Daily Check In, Wednesday March 26

Hi ladies,

DH is at rehab and is holding his own. He actually took an assisted shower yesterday and did a few exercises in his bed, so that is encouraging. We shall see how that affected him today.

Today was B & G, but that is not a fav, so I did Lean Legs and Abs, including the chair bonus.

5 inches of snow last night....???

Conni - I am glad to read you received some goods news. phew!

Today I did Xtrain Burn sets bi's/tri's + Paul Katami Burn & Build two rounds only (25 minutes) yikeserama! + stretch/meditation.

I hope everyone else gets in a workout.

Oh Conni I am so happy for a good report. Keeping him and you in my prayers.

You can add my middle son to the prayer request, he is in Florida at college and has pneumonia. He is miserable. Plus trying to keep up with classes. He thinks that Florida is out to kill him since at the beginning of the semester he broke his arm.

I did CTX Kickboxing plus All Step Abs for my workout todau. My knee is killing me.
