Nora, great workout yesterday with XTrain- D8 - Hard Strikes- Premix 16 -TS (No Conditioning) = 12 of 35 Min Had to make changes due sprained ankle and what I could do OH NO! Sprained Ankle? Take Care!
Virtual Active Trinity Mountains Run (as Bike)= 36 Min
YT- Jump&Jacked - 15-Minute Rebounder Workout for Lymphatic Drainage | Jump Into Summer Vibes with Jump&Jacked= 16 Min How was rebounding with your sprained ankle? Yikes!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 2.0: 5 Day Rotation-Shoulders & Legs" - 26 min.
Interval Timer App- "10 min. Floor Cardio & Rowing EMOM
YT- Sunny Health & Fitness- 10 min. Treadmill Workout

Hi ladies,

Today I wasn't feeling much but I found a newer Clau and Paty Kickboxing/Cardio Workout from 6 months ago.

She is a fairly good instructor but she has waaay too many long pauses in her workouts plus commercials. Since I walk or kick during the commercials (while skipping when it let's me) I get a slightly longer workout. So this one was 48 minutes, not much kicking but I did eventually break a sweat. And of course it is on Spanish.

So I did something, yay me!!

Nice 46 minute workout Linda!!
