Today I wasn't feeling much but I found a newer Clau and Paty Kickboxing/Cardio Workout from 6 months ago.
She is a fairly good instructor but she has waaay too many long pauses in her workouts plus commercials. Since I walk or kick during the commercials (while skipping when it let's me) I get a slightly longer workout. So this one was 48 minutes, not much kicking but I did eventually break a sweat. And of course it is on Spanish.
So I did something, yay me!!
