Sandra- I after reading your post gave up what I had planned to do for my workout and tried the KPC/LG and abs. Boy oh boy were my legs fried! It's a long and intense workout and I loved it!

Hi all:

Yesterday evening I started A-Jock's Blast from the Past rotation (not a mish-mosh so much). Yesterday was the step portion from Body Max (really like that one) and BC lower body and core premixes. I was sweating buckets!

Then 12 hours later (this morning) I did all of Cardio Kicks except the power drills and PUB premix up minus abs. Another sweat fest. I really like this rotation, it mixes up so many different workouts!

Wendy: Congrats on your clearance. You put a lot of us to shame when you were pregnant, now you'll really make us look bad!

Jes: Congrats on your impending "I do's"

Workout complete....

I did the upper body premixes off BC and ME, 42 minutes total and totally fried my arms and shoulders. My upper body is so pumped, I actually look like a body builder. LOL... too bad they don't stay that way. I am getting some very good muscle definition though.

well i did PUB and then the power went out! for 1 1/2 hrs. oh well...

the cool thing is that dh and i are leaving June 22nd(which will be our 4 year anv) and the civil ceremony is the day after his birthday(which is 4 years exactly from the first time he called and asked me out:+ :7 ) cool huh?
