Hi all:
Yesterday evening I started A-Jock's Blast from the Past rotation (not a mish-mosh so much). Yesterday was the step portion from Body Max (really like that one) and BC lower body and core premixes. I was sweating buckets!
Then 12 hours later (this morning) I did all of Cardio Kicks except the power drills and PUB premix up minus abs. Another sweat fest. I really like this rotation, it mixes up so many different workouts!
Wendy: Congrats on your clearance. You put a lot of us to shame when you were pregnant, now you'll really make us look bad!
