Today will be abs,a jog on the treadmill and then upper body work from ss,pp,and me.

Carla-I will be interested in how thie no cardio for a month works for you.

Wendy- I love the nursery and glad you are able to workout again!

Good morning,

This morning I did KPC/LG Kickbox & Strength Circuit premix. What a fun workout! It circuits the KPC combos with the LG standing leg work. I skipped the KPC abs at the end and subbed the High Step Circuit core work, using the Mix 'n Match menu. I really enjoyed this workout. It's low impact, but high intensity.

Katie - I'll bet you would be pleasantly impressed with yourself if you tried the IMAX2 Blast Mania workout (it includes the warm up and cool down). She includes the recoveries, so you get a chance to get your wind back a bit. It's not like the BootCamp cardio premix, where you have to hit pause if you want to catch your breath.

Wendy - So you used risers yesterday! Good work! After 9 months of modifying down, it must feel good to start modifying up! I hope your doctor's appointment goes well today. Let us know how it goes. Yeah, the bladder was bothering me again this morning. I think it's just par for the course, and I'll just have to get used to it x(

Jes - nope, I haven't seen that commercial, but I think I get the drift :) Kate is over a foot long now and when she moves, I feel it all over my belly, from way up near my stomach, all the way down to my lower pelvis. Her bumps are getting quite hard, too. If I had something sitting on my belly, she'd kick it off. Hm. I'm going to have to do some homevideoing of all this activity. I did LowMax on Monday. I like that workout more and more every time I do it. The MM lower body premix really packs a punch in only 23 minutes, doesn't it?

Laurie - which KPC/LG premix did you do today? There's a really good one that's about 82 minutes long, and by the end of it you've done each workout completely, with the exception of KPC's combo #1 and the ankle weight work in LG. I agree that the premixes on the PP/SS dvd make those workouts more useful.

Debbie - that was quite the workout you did yesterday!

Dutchie - what's up with the subterfuge? How come you had to sneak online yesterday? Are you grounded? :)

Foodie Sue - I have never felt the urge to do one of A-Jock's mish moshes, so I can't be that much of a machine :D I modified much of the impact in The Viper, so I didn't actually find it all that bad. It's the "easiest" workout on that dvd, IMO.

Connie - good work on those ME biceps!

Jane - do I dare believe what I read on yesterday's check in?? You did both PLB and the leg workout on the Timesaver dvd??? That's quite the leg fryer of a workout!! Wow!

And today... I GOT MY TERMINATOR DVD!!!! So, which one should I do tonight?}(
 
Congrats Shelley! I get my new ones on Friday! i can't wait to do stretchmax!!!!! i am still sore from all the pushups of MM 2 days ago!

Sandra: Wow! she is getting big! i have it written down , but tell me again when are you due? i love the MM workouts and i really like LM too.

Today for me is cardio and upperbody. i think i will just do HSC and get them both over with at the sane time. or i may do RS and PUB depending on how much time i have. i ma going to get a manicure and pedicure and tan today. i can't very well get married Friday with nasty nails can i?!

Morning all! Today was Step Blast. I haven't done this one in it's entirety for a long time. I have missed it. What a great workout! This workout probably comes in second after IMAX 2.

Becky - I totally agree with you. I always feel like I didn't really workout if I don't do cardio. No matter how much weight work I do. I was actually planning to do ME this morning, but did the cardio instead. I am a cardio junkie too.

Sandra - Okay, I may just have to try to blast only premix on IMAX 2. It sounds like a nice challenge. I don't think I'm ready to do the Bootcamp cardio only premix though. I actually hate to admit it, but I avoid Bootcamp like the plague. I always tell myself I should do it, but then pick up IMAX 2 or SB instead. I'm addicted to those two workouts.

Hi Ladies,

It has been awhile since I have checked in. I started my training for the St. George Marathon on October 1st and I'm back on track with my weight training. I ran 10 miles on Sunday and did Spinning on Monday on Tuesday I did the PP lower body premix and ran 8 miles.
Today I will do my track workout at lunch and this evening I will do the PP upper body premix.

Carole, are you training for any races?

Nice Workouts Ladies!:) Nice break in the weather here too. It's sunny and breezy and lovely to throw the windows open and turn off the A/C. I did MowMax last night and got a good 1 hour workout.

I had to do it! I did the KPC/L&G 80+ minute premix and had a blast, the time just flew by and my legs are talking to me already}( . I'm falling in love with Cathe all over again.

Sandra, you are quite the mish mosh maven lately, nice going. I haven't really explored the mix and match features on the workouts but will try to do so soon. Great to see you're feeling good enough to workout, you are one fit Momma!!!

Shelley, you'll be loving the Terminators, great challenge and a lot of fun. ENJOY!!}( :7

Becky, I'd be getting antsy too without my cardio but a lot of women in competitive fitness swear by cutting down on cardio and committing to rest days, I can't do that but I wouldn't want to train to compete either.

Conni, I like RSS too but have a heck of a time with the last 1/3 of it. I'm pretty good with choreography but I get kinda flustered with that one. I do like Seasun's style and pesonality though, I should give it another go.

Wendy! Congrats on the O.K. I bet you're thrilled.

My stomach is telling me it's lunchtime and after my workout today I've earned it.

I'll tell you my date if you tell me yours :) Your Mexico ceremony is going to be in August, isn't it? What day? My estimated due date is Sept 18.

Hi all, I did PUB and PS Shoulders then did calves and floorwork off of PLB and abs from PSSL&A!! It is a much nicer day today than it has been. And of course since I have taken the pressure off myself about losing weight I have lost 2 pounds!LOL!! I guess the no diet Diet works!!:D :eek:

Sandra... I didn't do the leg work off the timesaver, only the abs/stretch from timesaver #5.... along with PLB.... but I may have to try that sometime when I am feeling brave.:)
 
Hello Ladies!

I just had 3 days off because I had a mini-vacay to Indianapolis to see Dave Matthews Band two nights in a row. It was SO much fun.

Back to working out again though, so today was IMAX 2 so far ... I think I will do a Core Max and Stretch Max later.

Shelley - let us know how you like The Gauntlet. In my opinion, it is brutal. Great workout. I've done that one and the Viper so far. Haven't done IMAX Extreme, boy doesn't that title scare you!!
