Daily Check-In: Wednesday, June 1, 2005

I could NOT get my lazy marshmallow butt out of bed this morning but after FOUR DAYS OFF I forced myself to do SOMETHING so I did C&W cardio portion - only about 30 minutes. Plus my office got moved up to the 6th floor so I've been hiking up 105 steps every weekday morning. I've been thinking about giving my legs more of a workout and using the 1st floor bathroom! I'm a glutton for punishment.

Boy o' boy, I can relate to those fried fish meals!! It IS amazing how icky you feel after eating just 1 meal like that. This exact thing happened to me (happened to me? lol) over the Memorial Day weekend. I felt tired for 2 days after! Yikes!

Makes me wonder how I used to even function in my "old" life...I ate fried foods ALL time. *blush* :eek:

Good (late!!) morning, everyone!

I'm in a bit of a dilemna over what w/o I should do today. S&H Legs are on the rotation, but I don't have that one. I'm thinking about doing PLB- I love that one! Yep, that seals it for me. I'm doing PLB and maybe a short cardio afterwards. I need to do some penance for my weekend unclean eats. }( x(

Hi all, I did a hodge podge of leg work today, started with the warm up off of L&G. Then did various exercises off of L&G plie squats, calf work and standing leg work with ankle weights. Then I moved onto PLB's floorwork, and cooldown. Then I did PSSL&A abs, and for cardio I did KPC warmup and just the 3 combos and stretch. Came out to about 36 min. for the weight work and 32 min. for the cardio so all in all not too bad!:D

Hi again. My daily workout is almost done.Finally I have done three basic TAEBO live workouts. I know the Billy Blanks's counting is not the best but I adore him.I love TAEBO. Later I will do 30 minutes in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of the day and your workouts.

I did an all circuit week a few weeks back and lost 2 lbs...unfortunately, I ate like a PIG over the holiday weekend and gained it back. So, I'm doing all circuits again this week. It just seems to shock by body.

I had planned to do ME today, but when I got downstairs and put the DVD in, I decided to do the bonus premix of BC/ME. I had never done that one before.

Like Shelley, I loved it too...an awesome workout. The time flew by and I felt good and worked out when I was finished. Oh yeah, that bicep section is killer...don't you just love it when Cathe blurts out that evil laugh?

I haven't 'checked in' in months as my computer was very sick, well today I got a new one YAAAAAAAAAAAAAYY:7 :7 I have kept up with the site but wasn't able to post, I am soo glad to be back! I missed interacting with everyone here very much. It was awesome following Wendy's pregnancy and I cheered Carole on for her (unbelievable!!) 50K run, I am in awe of you Girl!! So nice to see you are up and at it again Sandra Fiddlefit and so many people working out and checking in. I can't tell you how much I missed posting and keeping in touch with everyone. I can't believe how much things can change in 6 months. We've moved, I've taken on another job (which is all good!) and for the first time in about 13 years I feel settled and am putting down roots. Life is good!!!!
Today was Cardio and Weights for me, cardio first then the weights, it feels like such a different workout to me when I change the order. I finished with 30 minutes of yoga concentrating on my hips, hamstrings and low back.

Did I mention that I've missed you ALL!!!!:7 :p

Thanks Jes, I've got lots of posting to do to catch up with some of the numbers of people's posts:p Boy this place has gotten busy, I'll have to watch that I don't get back into my old habit of posting way past my bedtime, this place is addicting!

I've only been posting a few months (don't look at my post count - I totally relate to the "addictive" thing), but welcome back anyway, from a fellow Canuck.

Tonight I did KPC and it kicked my butt. Not sure why. Maybe because I was tired. Maybe because I had NO SUGAR today to fuel it:p

i just did 30 mins (well alright, 27!) of SB. So much for my week of circuitsx( Being that i have had my ass kicked 3 days in a row by this bast&rd cold, i just wasn't up to the running man......but i got a great workout. i haven't done this one in a while and i forgot how much i sweat! the good news is i can smell myself:* things are looking up;-)
