I could NOT get my lazy marshmallow butt out of bed this morning but after FOUR DAYS OFF I forced myself to do SOMETHING so I did C&W cardio portion - only about 30 minutes. Plus my office got moved up to the 6th floor so I've been hiking up 105 steps every weekday morning. I've been thinking about giving my legs more of a workout and using the 1st floor bathroom! I'm a glutton for punishment.
