Today's workouts:

Blender- "Shoulders with a side dish of Abs" - 20 min.
Blender- "STS 2.0 Lower Body 2 - 24 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Michelle Briehler cardio tabata (lots of variety) which was for 20 minutes. I added on Anabolic Aliens for another 14 minutes of back, shoulders and biceps. I am calling it a day.

Linda - great workout today - and, your own!
Annette - that was a huge workout yesterday. I hope you've got lots of muscles to show for your hard work
Nora - sorry about your missed workout. We all know how that can feel :(

I’ve been cycling through some of my old DVDs to see which ones I still like or hate-did 4 segments of Beach Babe Tone it up 1-arms(love),sculpt(love),booty-good but too short and Hiit the Beach-good since it wasn’t too long,even though I hate burpees.I have had their DVDs for years but some segments annoyed me in past since they take way too many breaks to show themselves running and frolicking on Beach while I’m waiting to excercise-I just read that they are no longer partners and can’t stand eachotherThen I did my new Barlates foot injury DVD-thighs segment-loved it!!I broke both feet in the past and now have arthritis in them-this segment burned and was only about 17 minutes and did some Ana Brett Kundalini yoga and 40 minutes on stationary bike
 
Hi ladies,

Great workout all around! I just got home from 3.5 hours at the pool.....it was heaven. And my one friend was wondering where I had been. At least it is nice to be missed.

I will be back at the gym tomorrow and hopefully the pool again on Friday.
