Good morning everyone! Very rainy here today but we need it so no complaints.

KY and FitSplit Timesaver with Legs and Glutes and bonus abs. Great sweaty WO.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Upper Body Challenge version 2 routine to 4 ladies for about 53 minutes. I kicked my own tail with this workout, :eek:

Then I did 43 minutes of weight work using cables and preloaded barbells since all the benches for free weights were occupied. This included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Today was KCM Cardio Pump - weights. I really like this pyramid weight workout!! Off to harvest some goodies from the garden. Have a great day.

Lannette-ditto on the rain and needing it!

Annette-its amazing how different the states are. Our gyms are all still closed with no reopening in site.

Sherri - that is one of my favorite KCM workouts.
