Just got done with morning cardio - 30 min on step mill. Oh goody after those stadiums yesterday }( But I gotta get that Rear in Gear within 8 1/2 weeks. Later today will be Back & Abs at the gym with more cardio (spin class). Needless to say that Wednesdays are my hard days for competition prep:p Hope you all have good days and good workouts ahead of you!

OMG...I am *VERY* aware of every muscle in my lower body this morning! Holy cow! B&G is AWESOME!!!!:7 :7 :7

I have X Chest and Back on tap for today along with ARX. By tomorrow morning I should feel like a million bucks!:p

Today was KPC. After all that talk about the new KB workout I just had to do it. My kicks are not as high as usual, but I made it through without any other modifications. It felt good to sweat like a pig!!! Major humidity here in Ohio today.

Thanks gals, I am feeling better today, I lost 3 pounds over night due to the fluid buildup in my joints. I am still not 100% but I am much better, I think I will hold off working out til tomorrow, I want to give my hands and fingers a little more time to lose more of the fluid. I can still feel stiffness in my fingers and my feet too. But my neck and shoulders feel pretty much normal and sleeping wasn't as bad. The more I am in one position too long the stiffer I get so if I stay active my joints don't stiffen up.

Hey Conni! I just pulled two parts of the rotation together since I have time for more than 40 minutes. I doubled up last week and enjoyed it and with whatever days left unfilled I did something completely different, like hit the elliptical with Coach Sean.
 
I think today is going to be a rest day after all.

I'm having one of those days where the DOMS is so intense that it zapped all of my energy and motivation to do today's work out! x(

I love DOMS but it DOES have it's drawbacks....
 
Hi Ladies,

No workout for me today. This week is hard I'm doing a different schedule at work and for my morning workouts are suffering. Plus I have just been super tired this week. I will try to get up tomorrow and Friday morning.:-(

Phyllis I'm sure your daughter will be great in Charlottes Web. How exciting. Your little star. First local theatre next the big lights of Broadway.;-)
