Daily Check-in Wednesday, January 15th, 2025

Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did most of 2.0 for Upper Body 2 - about 55 minutes. I stretched in between the minute rests.

Linda - I hope your back is improving and you are able to work out today
Deanna - you are enjoying Cathe's new series! I am just not gravitating to it yet
Nicki - I'm sure you enjoyed your rest day and dinner out
Nora - another stellar workout for you with a good mix of cardio and strength
Annette - Power outage at your place yesterday? I'm glad to read everything came back on in good time so you could get in your workout (that's always the priority for us :) )

Yes. my back/hips are feeling a little better, but I am trying to modify and be careful.

Today's workouts:

Blender- Functional Foam Roller Workout - 41 min.
Blender- Bonus Balance Disc-Upper & Lower Body Mix- 10 min.

Fit Split- Boxing Bootcamp + Legs & Glutes= 58 Min

and maybe
Ab Hits- Workout # 11- Pure Strength- Legs & Abs= 7 Min

Nora, you got some good ones in today with Kaleigh Strength, Fit Split Boxing and Pure Strength Legs and Abs!

Today I did the Functional Barre for 55 minutes; Functional Barre Bonus Foam Rolling for 17 and then Hardcore Stretch Max 3 Bands for 18 minutes.
May have aggravated my groin a little but tomorrow will let me know!

Siobhan, the power was out Monday night due to a multiple house fire. They turned it on during the night after we went to bed. A duplex caught fire and then caught the 2 apartments house on fire next to it, plus the other side of the duplex also was on fire. 4 families were displaced. I helped one of the victims that came stumbling down our alley. Brought her into our home and put slippers on her feet since she was in night shorts and thin top. Her hands were burned and she was lifeflighted to a Baltimore burn center. The young man with her I also gave a pair of slippers to since he also was barefoot. My husband helped a 3rd young man who was very disoriented and wanted to make phone calls, he was also hurt and my hubby took him to the paramedics. A lovely ending to our anniversary.

Everyone got out, thankfully.

Today was Cathe's MMA Boxing with modifications of kicking during her lower body segments. It was 49 minutes.

My shoulders and triceps are really hurting from yesterday's workout.
