Today I did most of 2.0 for Upper Body 2 - about 55 minutes. I stretched in between the minute rests.

Nora, you got some good ones in today with Kaleigh Strength, Fit Split Boxing and Pure Strength Legs and Abs!
Today I did the Functional Barre for 55 minutes; Functional Barre Bonus Foam Rolling for 17 and then Hardcore Stretch Max 3 Bands for 18 minutes.
May have aggravated my groin a little but tomorrow will let me know!

Hi Nora! It's hard sometimes to make ourselves rest, don't you think? Sometimes I want to push it but have to remind myself that I need to pay attention to what my body is telling me & allow time to restore & rejuvenate.Hi ladies,
Just an update, no workout for me today very DOMsy after yesterday's workout. So thought I'd lkisten to my body and rest. At first I thought I'd just power through but it hurt to move decided to not push it to be safe
