Today's workouts:

KCM-Sculpting RX-Workout #2 dvd mix- 20 min.
IFit- "Playa Ermitano, Dominion Republic" treadmill walk- 20 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- Beginner Rebounder workout- 12 min.

Today I did RWH Plyo legs 1 for about 25 minutes. It was tough. I added on BB upper body light weight workout for 15 minutes.

Nice variety this morning Linda. You pulled out a dvd :)

Nice to see us all checking in yesterday. Nicki - I feel your frustration! I hope taking some rest helps your recovery.

Hi ladies,

Today was Fitness Kombat 47 for 58 minutes, it was very good. Always at least 1 or 2 different exercises in the floorwork so there is variety. I absolutely LOVE the fun factor in these and even the instructor messes up and realizes it and laughs it off. I will admit some of the quality in the videos could use some upgrades but overall the workouts are great. This one had floorwork at the end with a stretch.

I have an eye doctor's appointment later this afternoon.

Bad weather coming in tonight and tomorrow.

Nice workouts and rest days ladies.

Gloved Up & Sweaty is on the rotation calendar today. I did Premix #5 which includes the floor cardio from the jump rope bonus. I have low ceilings & no rope so I leave that part out. I added in STS Ab Circuits - Weights & Plates. My first time doing that one. Wow, it's tough!

Yes, LOL, I do need to remember ALL of my dvds and pull them out once in awhile :)

Annette, great Fitness Kombat 47 -58 minute workout. We are supposed to maybe get sleet/rain/ etc this
evening/tonight and then back to the low 50's tomorrow.

Deanna, another great workout with Gloved Up & Sweaty - Premix #5 & STS Ab Circuits- Wts & Plates.
Yes, agreed, those ab circuit workouts are tough.....my favorite is the Med Ball Abs.

Premix #5 which includes the floor cardio from the jump rope bonus. I have low ceilings & no rope so I leave that part out.
Deanna, you need to get a ropeless jump rope! I have several, and love to use them. I keep everything
low impact these days and the ropeless allows me to do that, and not have to worry about tripping over
a rope!

Deanna, you need to get a ropeless jump rope! I have several, and love to use them. I keep everything
