Today I did RWH Plyo legs 1 for about 25 minutes. It was tough. I added on BB upper body light weight workout for 15 minutes.

Deanna, you need to get a ropeless jump rope! I have several, and love to use them. I keep everythingPremix #5 which includes the floor cardio from the jump rope bonus. I have low ceilings & no rope so I leave that part out.
