Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out for 30 minutes yesterday trying out part of LMR2 elevated upper body. I'm just not a fan of compound moves. I know it's good for my brain but.... It's a lot of work at 6am. Today I did 40 minutes of a C&E total body weight workout. I will do my own stretch.

Linda - thanks for letting me know the crew member with blonde hair is named Nicole :( - I was obviously guessing :)

Annette - good news about your brother :)
Nicki - Good effort with trying to do some stretch workouts. I'm sorry to read even that was uncomfortable. I am hoping you finally get some relief and understand about what the heck is going on.

Nice job Siobhan with yesterday's LMR2E Upper Body...I actually like most compound moves, especially
upper Body, but I agree, early morning brain action can be tricky. :) Equally as nice workout this AM with
40 minutes of a C&E total body weight workout. Sounds Great! Yes, it's warmer here now too, very
welcome!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was Jasmine Mays Torch the Fat Kickboxing off YouTube. It was 55 minutes with some squats and jumping jacks and floor abs in the middle then back to kickboxing til the end. It was intense and I had my boxing gloves on for half. I really like her just wish she did more kickboxing workouts.

Anyway, I was really stiff when I got up this morning and almost didn't workout but I am glad I did.

Nice workouts Siobhan and Linda!

I started LMR2 Upper Body Bonus and I could only get through the warmup and one exercise. The pain in my leg today is horrible. Called the doc and she is going to prescribe something else - she suggested steroids - I told her no. Don't like them.
Have an appt with and orthopedic doc on Feb 24th. Hope he figures it out and put me on a plan to recovery! I am so wanting to do the new LMR2 workouts - actually, any workout would be awesome:)

Hi ladies, turns out my brother will have to get a pacemaker after all. His heart rate is low 65 bpm even during exertion and he is short of breath. He will be moving to the step down unit soon. He will go home on IV antibiotics and get the pacemaker after he finishes the antibiotic. If he doesn't get the pacemaker he is more likely to faint when exerting himself. Keep praying. Thanks

Nora, Boxing Hiit 2 is a CatheLive, it isn't one of Kelly's....but Kelly does have some good ones too!
