Hey everyone!! Thanks Ceci!! Today I did XTrain- All out low impact Hiit. Added my own abs. I'm getting tired, that's for sure. I hope everyone has a great day, is feeling better and does some form of movement today.
 
Hey all. Doing 2 hour ride today....unless I need another rest day.

re: Rhythmic Step: I think I'm just so used to Cathe's cuing that I can do most of her stuff. I have trouble with the last combo on the 4 day Split, high intensity step....where she walks past the step and does a...not a hitch kick on top of the step. I forget what she calls it, but I haven't gotten that one yet.

I'm finding it hard to learn the Seasun Zieger, but that's what makes it fun. I had the worst time on this one step until I figured out it was just knees around the world, hahaha.

I need to do some upper body weights. Probably not today. Tomorrow more likely.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 9 ladies for 50 minutes. This is my largest number yet!!

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including abs and legs even did squats with a barbell which I haven't done in a very long time. My husband says that my bench presses don't count because I am not doing a full rep (only coming down part way) . So today I started with 95 pounds and did one full rep down to within 1-3 inches of my chest at different weights. So I went from 95 pounds up to 130 pounds at different weights in between doing 1 full rep. At 135 I could not do it. ( & dh said that he would count me as lifting it if I did 1 rep and youngest son was my spotter and my witness)

Then I came home and did my Disco circuit workout tweaking it a little, for 51 minutes. I am beat now.

Today I did my own Workout Blender of LBB and cardio leg blast cardio. fun fun fun.

AOLIH is my fav along with hardstrikes TLC.
Missy - where do you find the time to ride for 2 hours?
Linda - getting another one in tonight?

Hey everybody, yep, Ceci, I just finished blender total body all on the floor with ball, wts, band & loop, I recently made some changes in this one and pleased with it, approx 30+ min. Wow, Annette, your class is really growing!
I envy you being an instructor:)' I always wanted to be an aqua fitness instructor, actually many years ago, I took
The course and test and passed, but never went forward with it, I don't really remember why, I think I decided
That I wouldn't be satisfied with instructing on deck, I would have had to be in the water! It would be hard to
Show movements in the water, I think! I also think that I thought I couldn't do it, even though I had taught
Some regular exercise classes before that for the local recreation dept. oh well, "water" under the bridge. :)

Right now I'm not working. I am starting a part-time job, Mondays and Wednesdays next week. So I have plenty of time to ride.

Today was a planned rest day of mine. Very busy with other things though.

Way to go on all of your workouts today ladies!! :) So nice that your class has been growing Annette. Yay! I am sure you are an "instructor" in other areas of your life Linda. You are so positive and encouraging to us here for one thing! Missy, you sound so coordinated with all your step. I think that's awesome! You must be good dancer. Way to go on your Xtrain workouts this week, Peg. Siobhan, nice to see you and being so consistent with your daily workout!! :) Henriette, I hope you and your son are doing a little better today.

Thank you for asking... My son is all better now so he went off to school on Wednesday and then spent the whole afternoon at basketball trainings. Unfortunately it looks like he may have sprained something around his right thumb duribg the last training on Wednesday... So he's now back at it, but unable to use his right hand. Huge challenge when you are right handed.

I gave the two trainings Wednesday afternoon, so I walked a lot and at night I wanted to do Shine one last time before the subscription ends, but due to my son being in pain and not getting to sleep I had a late start and wasn't really feeling it, so I did only about 40min and without much energy. Not really a great way... But oh well.

Missy - I would like to master 4DS HIS, but last week when I tried it... I stopped quickly as I was doing it right after LIS and that one had gone fine. I need to try it again, but I like to get it right the first or second time through. I did Seasun's once and that was fun... At least most of it. I love the step on Cathe Live. Have you tried them?

What is this 2 hr bike ride you are talking about? Outside or on a stationary bike or spin bike or...?

2 hours is such a loooong time!!!
