KCM- Start Here--Premix: Aerobic Cardio --19 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Lower Body with Loop Circuit

I see a lot of posts with people who like KCM. My sis has a bunch of her workouts & loves them. I only have 4 but I do enjoy them.
 
Yep, Cathe's my favorite, but Kelly comes in at # 2.........also love the Firm (got most of
them) I enjoy Leslie Sansone's walking workouts, and so many others!!!

I started with Cathe & The Firm back in the late 80's. I think Cathe & Anna Benson were ahead of the game back then. I also liked Kathy Smith, Karen Voight, Kari Anderson, & Gin Miller, & then Tracie Long once she went on her own. I replaced all my VHS with DVD's. I also have all of The Firm except the few I can't find on DVD. I can't find the Cardio Burn one with Tamela Hastie, The Basics Fat Burning one with Jen Carmen, or the "Prime Power" one with Stacy Milner-Collins. I have lots of others, like Bar Method, Barre 3, some yogas, Stephanie Huckabee, & lots of others. Cathe is my most favorite though & I've been doing hers almost exclusively for the past couple of years.
 
OMG I forgot about Gin Miller, I really like her too! I love all her Ramping workouts, as well
as step & some strength. I think I have Cardio Burn, I have all the Basics and both
Prime Powers.....I have the 2 Basics 12 min Time Crunchies that Annette found after
Anna passed away and they were put on DVD. I also like Stephanie Huckabee and have
all her PowerFit ones too! Yes, I mostly do Cathe now, but visit the others here & there!

I have most of Gin MIller's, but not any using the ramp. Straight Up Stick is one I did often after my shoulder replacement. Love her teaching style. Cathe, Gin Miller, & Kari Anderson were my go to's for STEP. I also had the Kari Anderson Great Moves but those never came out on DVD, as far as I can find. I regret not getting all of the DVD's available when Annette was providing them. I only have one of the FitPrime compilation's but it's damaged. It came free in an order so no upset there.

I think Cathe's personality really comes out in the LM&R series. She's just the cutest, & they all seem to be having so much fun! Very contagious.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe's MMA BOXING with my own modifications for the lower body portions. I forgot it had abwork at the end. It was tough and I modified a lot but I think my abs will feel it later.

So all in all the workout was 49 minutes.

Nice workout ladies.
 
Aahh, Annette, Cathe's MMA BOXING today! Great! I was blendering (like Elsie used to
say) a kickbox workout this AM and put in several chapters from MMA Boxing!!!

Annette- Great job on your workout today with:

MMA BOXING w/modifications as needed= 49 Min. I haven't done that in a minute and I didn't remember there were abs at the end, wow I need to put that one in the rotation. That sounds very challenging and fun, well done!;)
