I did heavy weight work for biceps and triceps then did Totally Hot Cardio abs and almost all of MMA Kickbox abs then did the 8 Minute Taebo for cardio.

Yesterday were our local elections. So much negativity in our office today, then reading some horrible stuff from family members on FB. Wondering why everyone takes things so personally. I need to sing the happy song.
