Getting us going today. I wasn't sure what I was doing today cardio-wise, but I ended up doing Cathe Hiit 40/20 on the rebounder, Ab hits, and then segment 1 of Stretch Max.

No workout for me. I have another jewlery class tonight on wire wrapping. I enjoy this little hobby I started this summer.
Connie - great workout. I wish I had the energy to workout in the mornings. My night meetings are getting in the way of my evenign workouts, but I have no muster in the morning to do anything!

Hi all, oldest son got a good report from Shriners' yesterday, he will have one more surgery to take care of popped screws in his back in Dec. of 2012 then he will be done.
I did select weight work off of the Gym Style workouts then did MIS abs and stretch. Felt good to do weights again.
I did Circuit Blast this morning. I like the workout and it packs A LOT in 44 minutes, but some moves are a little too high impact for me...guess this one would be great for a rebounder.

tammy - results? hypertrophy makes my muscles pop out immediately and you engage yr core so much + I jump rope during the minute rest so yeah - i see changes quickly when im going heavy. Cathe's workouts are never a let down. she really is the best for me. really.
