I am done with my work out. I chose to do one of my newly downloaded ISculpts. #8 to be exact. It was "eh" IMO. The exercises were fine but I feel it was very poorly cued so it was hard to follow. x( I also did not like the fact that she did 3 sets of every exercise but one! I gotta wonder if that was a mistake on Itrain's part or perhaps it didn't download properly for me??? Whatever the case, I ended up adding on the 2 extra sets myself so I guess it's really not such a big deal...
