How did "back to work " go??

Today's a very busy day, getting DD's work permit, physical, haircut and school pictures taken!

I am hoping to fit some cardio in first !!:D
I had a very short night (up at 3 something) so I'll need the energy boost to get through this day!!:p

I'm getting ready to do step blast! The whole family is going to the shore today. It's a last family hurrah as DS is going to college next Thurs.(23)

Tammy, good luck on DS's move this weekend? Is hwe on a first floor or do you have to haul? Hey, we never talked about CC or Itread wo's. Oh well, since I don't have an ipod yet I don't really think it matters. What DVD did you end up with from the RT?

Becky, I have a DD who will be a junior this year too.

Phyllis, we have something else in common! Daughters the same age!
Is your daughter ready to go back to school ? I think mine is, but she is worried about her junior year! She keeps hearing it's the hardest year and grades REALLY count now on college applications.:eek: :eek:

I just did cardio timesaver premix from LIC. I love that one!

You are welcome Tammy, I do mostly premixes these days so like I said upper body ones I pay special attention to and I do like that one a lot and the push/pull upper body one is also a very good one if you are short on time.

I am done with my work out. I chose to do one of my newly downloaded ISculpts. #8 to be exact. It was "eh" IMO. The exercises were fine but I feel it was very poorly cued so it was hard to follow. x( I also did not like the fact that she did 3 sets of every exercise but one! I gotta wonder if that was a mistake on Itrain's part or perhaps it didn't download properly for me??? Whatever the case, I ended up adding on the 2 extra sets myself so I guess it's really not such a big deal...

Yes, they are full body endurance work outs. Not every single work out touches on every single muscle group directly but if you alternate between a few of them you are bound to get everything in. One of them is a circuit work out that alternates between cardio spurts and sculpting. It uses no weights at all and it is my fave so far I think. :)
