Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E - cardio for 30 minutes and added on 10 minutes of same for abs.

Linda - I like variety too and prefer a mix of shorter workouts - it makes the time fly by
ChelePA - you sure got in a long workout yesterday - WTG!
Nora - nice mix of Kaleigh and jump rope despite the heat :)
Nicki - how's the workout room this week? everything working?
Annette - great gym workout! long and strong :)

What a hot summer this has been. I am not a big fan of this kind of heat. Thank goodness for AC and fans. Have a great day everyone.

CatheLive- "Nothing But Upper Body" - 37 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Stowe, Vermont skier workout

(PS: As far as variety....tomorrow's workout(s) are quite the mish-mosh.....alot of switching.....shall see
how it goes! :) )
 
Aqua girl…what is a skier workout?

Very early starts this week. My mom has several appointments and I’ve been the taxi.

Definitely don’t move as well exercising 2 to 3 hours earlier than I usually do.

CD’s Quick HIIT 30/10 format. Jumping jacks or some variation followed by plank moves. Each pair repeated before moving on. I actually liked the format, much to my surprise. I’m not always a fan of jumping jacks. But 30 seconds was doable. Followed with a SIT cycling class.

Book club meeting this afternoon.

Aqua girl…what is a skier workout?
NordicTrack cross country ski machine….from way back when :)….you can still find them, but they’re pretty pricey……A company put out a bunch of skier workouts from
a bunch of different locations from a long time ago…I still use my skier (I have the
Sequoia model) & the workouts on a pretty regular basis.

Great workout today with CD’s Quick HIIT 30/10 & a cycling workout.
 
Hi ladies,

Doctor's appointment went well, I have a mammogram (squishogram) scheduled for next Wednesday just my annual one. Doctor actually did the breast exam skin on skin, yay!!

Today I did Jamie McKagan's newest and requested by me Cardio Kickboxing Circuit workout. It was about 55 minutes and tough. Her workouts are on YouTube. I was dripping sweat at the end.

Nice workouts ladies!! Stay cool!!

I don't really like jumping jacks either but burpees - do not like them AT ALL:)
