Morning, thanks for getting it started on this hump day Ceci! Great work on Rippedism again & X10!!

This morning my workout is a 15 min fitnessGlo lower body unweighted workout with a focus on posture, 32 minute pilates Legs focused routine from FitnessBlender which is excellent & I'm doing some fascial stretch and ball massage particularly on my chest & shoulder regions.
Been feeling a bit 'beat up' after my workouts this week, so wanted something with absolutely no impact involved.
(ICE Sweat BlizB has too many darn box jumps ..)

Have a nice one all & see you later! I had a really bad tummy last night too Henriette. I made some barley porridge and chewed on some licorice root & it's alright for now. Going to have some porridge later as well. I find it settles the stomach.
 
Hi ladies,

Hoping everyone is feeling better today.

Today was a gym day where I did a circuit workout for 70 minutes. Elliptical 12 minutes, floorwork for abs and legs~12 minutes, 12 minutes on the bike then~12 minutes of weight work, 12 minutes on the stair machine and ended with more weight work.

All in all a very nice workout.

Elsie and Henriette hope you feel better by now! Low impact is great for those days we feel a bit tired, Elsie. And pilates, well that is something that really helps me relax and my spine and bones feel great aftrewards! Today I did Law impact sweat from the Ice series but skipped the blizzard blast because I wanted to add some core work. I chose a premix from Cathe's core max and used both the ball and the medicine ball. I need to focus a bit more on core and abs because that is the part I tend to skip when I am short on time. Today I am going to eat a spinach and ricotta cheese pie. Have a great day/evening everybody.

Nice workouts ladies.

I really want to w/o after having missed yesterday but my stomach is still really upset. Cramps and runs :-(

I managed my half day work, driving kids to and from school, and giving bball training... Although the latter was a close call. The pain is really a sign I unfortunately need to take it easy yet another evening. I hope it goes away quickly and that I won't have to miss many more days. Once the move is over end of the month I will have to set up an appointment with my new doctor so I can try to get to the bottom of this. Perhaps I do have an intolerance or I am just very unlucky. The last two colds in our household fortunately skipped me so perhaps the Echinaforte extra high dosis has helped some.

I just want to feel good and move... Hopefully tomorrow.
