Good morning Dutchie,Cathy,Tammy and further posters,

I had pub on schedule for yesterday but did not get to it. I haven't exercised since last thursday. I have been stressed and also painting, but the main thing is I finally made another doctor appt. for my foot and I'm nervous! I've been stupid and let this achilles tendonitis go on for almost 4 mths. I'm so ashamed! but finally my husband made me go.

Maybe I can get in pub today!

Pray for me that I haven't done too much damage to my foot!

I will let everyone know when I get back!

Also I haven't posted in the personal goal post due to I have eaten terribly! I'm not kidding when I say this! When I'm stressed I eat all the chocolate and grease I can get a hold of.

Today is a new day...NOW BEHAVE YOURSELF AND NO MORE GREASE!!!!! Sorry, to hear about your foot and glad you went to have it checked out.

Yesterday was a forced rest day TTOM, but today I will not be resting:
I will be doing Boot Camp twice today and Core Max 1 and 2. My bodyfat will probably drop a few percentages. LOL!

Welcome back Dutchie, you've been one busy lady, renovations and a new job, good luck with both, are the boys helping with the reno?

Cathy, I love SB and hope that Cathe's next DVD's include an hour of step.

Tammy have fun with GS Legs, I know when I do cardio after that w/o my legs are decidedly wobbly for the first little bit :p

Kim, good luck with the Dr. Don't be ashamed, weeks and months fly by so quickly and if you're like me you just keep on figuring it will feel better tomorrow. I hope you get some relief :)

Charlotte, could you post how you feel after BCx2 please, I am no doing the rotation but am tempted to try this.

Becky, I am definitely finding it hard to get back into the swing after coming back home. LowMax felt like more of a challenge than usual yesterday and this summertime sleeping in has hampered my long morning workouts! I'll keep plugging away and wait until September to beef up my workouts:)

I am off to do KPC this morning, my back is still tender but definitely better than yesterday. I love what Briget Bardot said about aging, "it's not so nice to age but lovely to ripen" but on days like today with my back I thing AGING SUCKS!!!x( :p :)

Kim...sorry about the achilles tendonitis! I have had that a few times and it's no fun. Try not to stress about eating. We all go thru times when our eating isn't clean...I just keep trying to workout anyway as it always make me feel better...

Laurie...I hope your back is better soon. You are right though aging can really suck sometimes!!! Thats why we exercise...right??...:)


Today I am doing SJP and adding some legs from MIS (circuit style) every 4 minutes of the first Step portion of SJP. Since I am having fun with circuits I deceded to order HSTA as I don't have that one yet...:7 Got my CTX's yesterday too. I think the abs might be fun...

Good Morning on this Hump Day!

This morning I did timesaver #4 (KPC & shoulders) , then added shoulders only from HC and coremax #2 (eeekkk, jackknife pikes! and while I'm doing them, all I'm thinking about is Target!!!!:D :D I didn't even GO on the roadtrip and that image will always be with me!!:7 :p )

Today is PLB followed by 200 walking lunges!!! :eek: x( }( Can anyone say DOMS!? lol

I slept in a bit this morning...I had been getting up around 6:30 the past few mornings so I slept until 8:15 this morning. Felt good. :)

Did anyone see the kid who fell from the upper level of the stadium at the Yankees game last night!? Sal and I initially thought it was an accident cause he was drunk or something but now they are saying he did it on purpose to see if the net he landed on could hold his weight!? What an idiot! x(

Like Charlotte I am suppose to do the Boot Camp twice. I have my last softball game tonight, so I may split it up and to the first w/o before and then the next one later. Or I just might only do the one. I will wee how I feel. }(

Carole, I haven't tried HSTA yet, but I think it is suppose to be in the current rotation for this month. Guess I'm going to be doing that one soon.

Dutchie, great to see you posting again. Love the pic of the room. You have been working hard.

Carole - can I have my old body back now, please? :) Your workout today sounds like a leg fryer!! Wow!

Wendy - PLB plus 200 walking lunges?? :eek: Which August rotation are you doing again? :D Good luck with your workout. Your butt will be talking to you tomorrow!

Katie - my, workers start early in your part of the world. Didn't you have the same situation with the painters? Thank you for the very kind words of support. I really think that I'm not feeling too bad at this stage is because I've been exercising. It's certainly been a different experience than with dd#1, when I stopped exercising in the first trimester.

Laurie - nice to see you back! Your holiday sounds sooooo nice!

Becky - no shipping statements have been made by SNM other than that it will likely be some time in August.

Dutchie! Nice to see you back! You're starting a new job on Monday? Are you going to have time to continue to check in with us?

I did it!! I feel great! I did Boot Camp 2x's! That was actually fun. The circuits go by fast. It's only a minute!! I will definitely do that one again. This evening is upper body.

Morning ladies. Today was SB followed by C&W abs. I am waiting waiting waiting for my KPC DVD and RS DVD to come. KPC is scheduled for Thursday and RS for Friday. You can bet that KPC will be done on Friday. I think I'll have to reveiw RS a couple times before really being able to do it, so I'll save that for a day when I have time to do a regular workout and can play around with RS, MIC and IMAX. I'm so excited!!!

Sandra - Yes, the painters were the same way. At least the landscapers aren't IN the house so I can still go about my business. I just feel strange walking around my bathroom in my undies when there are 7 men outside my window (the blinds are down and closed of course;-) ).

Hi Dutchie, glad to have you back. Hope you like your new job.

Well, I did a very lame workout in my book. Started out wanting to do a step and intervals workout. So I did IMAX 1's warm up up until she puts together the mini routine, then I thought I would do MIC's step portion since it has intervals with it. Welll I made it through about 16 min. of the step routine of MIC and I quit. My knees were hurting me,and I was doing most of the workout off of the step and I hit a segment that I really couldn't do off the step so I stopped and did the cooldown and stretch.:+ ;( Just wasn't into it. sigh. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

You have to understand that my morning had already started out badly, with a breaker blowing twice and I had to drudge to the basement 2 times in my gown to reset the breaker all before I had had a shower. And I slipped on a dryer sheet and about twisted my back. So it goes to show you why my workout went as it did.:+

Hey Sandra-

LOL, yes I am thinking that my butt AND my legs will be SCREAMING at me tomorrow! Though I must say, doing it really wasn't so tough! The walking lunges winded me more so than tiring out my legs really badly.

Now I have IMAX 2 to look forward to tomorrow! That will be MUCH more difficult for me...ESPECIALLY if my legs are talkin' to me! :eek:

I was up at 4:00am to bring DD to airport for a vacation to the west coast, so no WO yet, but I did play tennis, clean and grocery shop. I'm planning on a little quiet time and then a short WO.
