Hello ladies,

I have to admit, not eating much after my run yesterday (I had to make myself eat some cooked string beans the kids didn't finish) really affected my w/o today :-( Longer runs always suppress my appetite. Specially if I run late in the day.

Anyways, I did Imax2-intervals 2-4-6-8-10 and CTX Leaner Legs without the abs, followd by L&G ankle weight exercises only and finished with BC abs.

Have to do some errands today and study some more,

Sounds like a great work out Dutchie!

I had my "get up and go" back last night.:)

I did PLB but I had to omit most of the stability ball exercises. I was able to do the inner thigh work though which is great since I was just complaining about that area. I added in an extra set while Cathe was doing another exercise! }( Then I popped in IMAX 2 for the first time and did 5 of the intervals for a mini-cardio routine of 15-20 minutes(but only did the step portions of them).

Tonight is either PUB or cardio or maybe both again...we'll see how I feel later on.

Good morning ladies,
Great workouts.
Wendy: I can't beleive you are still chugging along at an intense pace so far into your pregnancy. Way to go.

Last night: Steady state cardio- Rhythmic Step, S&H bicep/forearm,abs and stretch. Got home quite late from work and so couldn't even start my routine until 10 PM and so had a little trouble falling asleep. Feel kind of groggy this morning. Hope I pick up.

Tonight on schedule: LowMax with blasts. Perhaps some add ons if I get to start my workout not later than 8:30 PM.

Hi, today is RS, followed by either stairmachine or homemade step tape and stretchmax. I didnt sleep very well last night so I will see how far I get with this today.

Last night was Musclemax and I managed to do the first set of push-ups on my toes!

Tonight will be a run, to enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having, and a segment of Coremax.

Imax 3 for me today. I just got it so I'll let you all know how I like it. Also ME if I'm not dead after that. HA!

Great workouts, Ladies!!:) I have to just say everyone is doing an awesome job with workouts! It really helps me push harder and stay motivated. Great job!!:) :D :)

Today was GS Legs (standing) and Core 2. I have increased my weights this month and my legs are really feeling it. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. Very proud of myself, if I may say so!!;) :p

Today I did High Step Training for the first time and I have never sweated so much in my entire life! It was AWESOME! Well, the living room rug probably doesn't agree with that assessment, as it is now drenched in my sweat... but that's a whole other discussion topic (note to self - buy carpet steam cleaner). According to my hear rate monitor, I knocked off 449 calories with this workout and based on how hard I was working, I'm not surprised by that number.

I just can't do the fast feet on the step and all that jumping though. My heart rate was plenty high without all that stuff. Maybe someday I'll be able to, but for now, I'm staying grounded, thank you very much. ;)

Great job everyone else on your awesome workouts today! Keep it up! :D
 
Hello Everyone,

I will be doing HC Extreme #3 and Core Max #3 tonight. Well let's hope this is what I get done. The DD's have gymnastics tonight, so it will be around 9:00 before I will be able to w/o.

Wow, after reading all these multiple workout that everyone is doing, I feel a little ashamed to admit I only did a 30-minute Imax2 premix this morning! I'm feeling wiped out - I think I need more sleep.

It's Cardio & Weights tomorrow.

Morning all. This morning was ME. My legs were suffering a little more than usual. I think they were still tired from IMAX 2/IMAX 3 yesterday.

Wendymin - I don't know how you do it girl!!! You are like super woman. I couldn't even imagine having worked out like you during my 8th month of pregnancy. I completely admire you!

I really think, though, that because I never allowed myself to go completely off track with my work outs, it was just a matter of making the adjustments/modifications gradually as my pregnancy advanced. Keeping up with the GRADUAL changes needed in my routine as my body changed made it less traumatic then if I had stopped exercising completely for a few months and then tried to restart in my 2nd trimester...OR even worse, if I were a NON-exerciser trying to start on a progam once I became pregnant...

Now, if you want to hear about someone struggling lol...just wait until I start working out again after my 4-6 week hietas (sp?) after delivery! THAT to me, seems like it will be much harder to do :eek: ....

Hi good morning. I am worried. In my job I have received a fraudulent e-mail. In the message said my bank needed the secret numbers of my credit card because they wanted to confirm I am the owner of the credit cards.The swindlers copied the logos of my bank. I did not realize it was a fraud and I wrote two of my three secret numbers. I did not send the e- mail but I am worried. I have canceled my credit cards and tomorrow I will go to my bank.Do you know if the swindlers can steal my money if I did not send the mail back to the sender? Thank you for answering.

Morning everyone!

I FINALLY GOT RS!!! I had my off day last night, but still wanted to get up and move around so I noticed that RS was only around a 6 ranking on the list, so I tried it again - I think I finally have figured out all the turns and twists - makes you think! But totally fun!! Just what I needed - had too much energy for yoga or pilates - just wasn't in the mood to try and relax..........

Today I teach a pilates class and will jog and either do ME or PUB....depends on if my friend joins me....

Mariangeles - sounds serious. You better notify some authority. I have had my information stolen and it is not fun!! I had someone break into my car and grab my cds and purse - of course I should never have left my purse in my car!!!! NEVER NEVER DO THAT!!! My purse is glued to me at all times now! Good Luck with that!

I had received an email not too long ago that was supposedly from some bank (which I don't use thank goodness) asking me for some kind of personal info. Since I don't use the bank I immediately deleted the email but I'll betcha it was a scam as well....It's scarey. Have to be very careful these days....

BTW-If you did not actually send the email then you should be okay, I would think.

Hi all, I did PUB shoulders today along with Kick Max just the warm up, 4 kickbox combos with weighted gloves (and that was tough lemme tell you:+ :eek: ) and the cooldown. I was supposed to do legs but once again I just didn't feel like doing legs today. You gotta think that since I am only doing kickboxing (since my orthotics won't be back for another 2 weeks and I can't step without them) that my legs are getting a workout every time I do any cardio at all. Am I not right in this thinking?!? I hope so.

Thank you for answering Wendy and Reba. It is really scarey. Reba "luckily" they "only" stole your cds and the purse. Luckily you was not inside the car.I don't want to imagine what could happened to you in that situation. I am not quiet but I have verified I did not send the e-mail with my credit card info back to the sender. Tomorrow I will go to my bank.Thank you very much for your support.
