Good afternoon (almost) girls! Stayed at home today to rest and hopefully shake whatever! Hope your day

Linda - I really hope u shake it soon. Take it easy!

This afternoon I did the step section from Body Max 2 (36min sweat fest). I then did the warm up and bi's section from Xtrain Burn Sets. After my shower we headed to bball where due to very few kids we did shooting games, like shoot out etc for 50min and then played a game for 1.5 hours... so in total I burnt an extra 700 cals playing bball with the kids. Wohoo! So I more than reached my daily burn even though my FitBit was charging all morning while I worked, not that I burn much sitting still behind my pic.

Ok, hi gals,

I am a sweaty mess. Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 8 ladies, then did 50 minutes of weight work including abs and legs including squats and calf raises with the barbell.

Then I came home and ran through 45 minutes of my 2nd disco music workout stopped short since I left the last 2 songs the same as the first workout.

I need to type it up and do another run through making sure it all fits the music well.

So it is very warm and raining outside for this first day of March.

Question: Can any of you gals do a split (side not front)? And when you sit down and spread your legs how far down can you go?




I can do a split and when my legs are spread I can bend forward and put my forehead on the floor (ok my boobs touch first)

Annette! You crack me up! Your front split is hysterical. I've NEVER been able to do a split! I make a V like a champ though!! Aqua girl, so sorry to hear you're sick. Rest, rest, rest! Henriette....all I can say is Go Girl! Today I did XTrain Legs. I feel out of sorts because there's no cardio! That's foreign for me. Have a good one people.

Don't come easy for me. And even if I could do them, my head Would touch the floor first! Definitely not boobs! In

Hey, nice to see you all! :) Linda ((feel yourself soon)) Ooh, no fun walking in the rain at night, Ceci! Take care. Xtrain Legs is awesome Peg. One of my faves for sure!! Whoa, that's a lot of activity today Henriette. Good for you!! The kids must love all your energy. Annette, great job. Yeah, I would imagine getting the music as you need it may be a challenge. Good luck with it. I have scoliosis, so have never, even as a kid, been able to do a full foward fold like that! ;) It looks like a very restful posture in yoga class.

Today I did a slow pilates practice & am nursing some DOMS.
I will be gone all day tomorrow, so will catch up with you all on Friday! This week has been flying by me!!
