Ok, hi gals,
I am a sweaty mess. Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 8 ladies, then did 50 minutes of weight work including abs and legs including squats and calf raises with the barbell.
Then I came home and ran through 45 minutes of my 2nd disco music workout stopped short since I left the last 2 songs the same as the first workout.
I need to type it up and do another run through making sure it all fits the music well.
So it is very warm and raining outside for this first day of March.
Question: Can any of you gals do a split (side not front)? And when you sit down and spread your legs how far down can you go?
I can do a split and when my legs are spread I can bend forward and put my forehead on the floor (ok my boobs touch first)
