Good Morning Check-In readers

Today is Total body work. I am going to put together my own. Legs = GS floor. Upper body = PUB . abs = PUB

Yesterday I did extra cleanning and felt very accomplished. Today will be parenting, errands, & cleanning workout area. Maybe I'll get some reading in if I time it well.

Good morning:

Today is a run, and biceps. Hopefully, I will also be able to sneak out of work and get a bigger pair of running shoes.

Yesterday, homemade step tape, shoulders and 30 minutes of abs. I just love ME abs.

Good morning Judy... and everyone to follow...

Yesterday was a 40 minute powerwalk that turned into 48 minutes because I took an extra lap, 200 walking lunges, and SM#3

Today is SJP and my tracking # says that I will receive it by UPS today so I am in business to do this w/o today!!! I am looking forward to it!!

Sandra - I hope you are in the delivery room!!

This morning I did GS Chest & Triceps and I will do CM #2 when I get home tonight!

Today was SJP on the rotation. I just love this one! Does anyone notice how "happy" Cathe is on this one? I just hope I can get up the gumption to do Lowmax tomorrow. My legs were shaking on those squats.

Sandra...yes, I do believe B&G would be a good warm-up for a 25 miler...:)...so the SJ&P premix didn't coax that little one out?

Laurie...thanks, yesterday was alot better than Monday. No, I don't get shin splints often unless I do alot of downhill running on pavement in worn out shoes. I have used a sports creame and iced the times I have gotten them...hope yours feel better soon..:)

Judy...sounds like a great Total Body workout!

Suzanne...I love getting new running shoes...

Jane...SJ&P just seems to have this fun factor for me. I hope you like it!

Good Morning Ladies.

Yesterday I felt pretty good all day so in the evening I did Low Impact Step and Coremax #1.

This morning I seem to have a little bit of this cold still lingering after all so I will play it by ear but if I DO exercise it's full body weights, cardio and abs...we'll see what happens.

Joey spent the night at DH's mom's last night. I will be going to pick him up in the early afternoon so I have some quiet time to myself this morning.

Good morning lovely ladies!

Last night was Lowmax and once again, it kicked my butt:) I also did some sit ups. About 50. They are really difficult. I'm not sure how I'm going to accomplish the 400 in the 5 a.m. Fitness Fiesta from the August Bootcamp rotation. Any hints from anyone who's done it? Did you do all sit-ups or mix in crunches too?

Tonight will be Bootcamp. It's supposed to be High Step Challenge, but I don't have that, so I'm subbing Bootcamp. Is that a good substitution, or should I sub Viper or Gauntlet instead?

Yesterday I did the TJ cardio party nº1, the 20 minutes TJ workout, Turbo Sculp and learn and burn. Today I will do the cardio party nº2, the ab jam and the Power Half Hour Abs. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning, ladies!

Last night was PUB abs and Low Max. I was too tired to get up and workout this morning as one of my dogs woke me up to go outside and the other one was begging for attention and wouldn't let me go back to sleep! So tonight will be Leaner Legs and a run.

I hope Sandra is at the hospital!!

HI all,

I did PS Shoulders and PUB shoulders, and PLB floorwork (since yesterday's workout had lots of squats) and Body Max abs.

We now have electricity back in the front room of my house (which is still gutted but now I can really "see" the mess,LOL!!) and electricity for the front porch light and the light in the hallway upstairs. DH worked soo hard last night and pushed himself to get this done for me.:D He's soo sweet.

I did interval fiesta this morning, Imax 3 + KM Blast. I had sweat dripping off my hair, but I feel very accomplished.

This morning I did StepMax.

Annette - I have no doubt those renovations are taking their toll on you and your family. Do you know how much longer they are likely to take? Is there an end in sight? Two children 12 days late?? Ach! I'd lose my mind (and just may, if this baby doesn't get here soon!). I'm glad to hear they were just fine. Thanks!

Laurie - How are your shins today?

Katie - you're doing some great workouts these days! I wish I weren't still here, but I am *sigh*. That's the way it goes, isn't it? I'm feeling good, so I shan't complain :)

Jane - nope, I'm not having a delivery today, but I'm excited that you're getting one!! SJP is a great workout! Did you get the dvd with all the premixes?

Conni - I agree. Cathe seems to be having a ball in all of the Body Blast workouts. Maybe that's why I enjoy doing them so much.

Carole - nothing appears to be coaxing this little one out. I guess she's just not ready yet.

Wendy - enjoy your day!

Shelley - BC is a great sub for HSC. Have fun!

Angie - Leaner Legs AND a run?? Have you been talking to Carole? LOL! That's a leg cooker, for sure!

I have a prenatal appointment this morning. Maybe the midwife can talk this baby out of me!!!

Hey! Another LowMax'er here today, such a great workout!!! I was singing along with 'Frankie Goes to Hollywood' and thinking about my old clubbing days, that's alot of years AND pounds ago ...when is big hair coming back 'cause that comes easy for me:p Anyhoo...I finished up with MM abs and stretch and felt pretty terrific when I was done. My shins are ALL better!:)

Carole, glad you're all better!! I am all better too :7 Enjoy HSTA, I rarely do that one as is and should give at whirl soon, I love HSTA cardio.

Suzanne, I just noticed that I need new runners too, my pinky toe is about to poke out of the side:eek: not very good support!

Annette, you do indeed sound more like your chipper self! That's lovely that your hubby would work so hard to lift your spirits.:)

Sandra, Sandra, Sandra....I have never spent so much time thinking about someone that I have never actually met (okay maybe Donny Osmond or David Cassidy when I was little but that was different :+ )
Elizabeth (16 year old DD) actually asked me last night if you'd had your baby, I told her 'no'. She said 'wasn't she due a while ago' and I told her that it was just 2 days and she replied, 'that's a long 2 days!':) Of course I said 'can you imagine how long it must seem to HER!!:) God Bless you Honey, we're all rooting for you! I hope you have a very persuasive mid wife and that Baby Girl is enticed to make her grand entrance:)

Sandra - yes, I did get the SJP/SB DVD. I am looking forward to doing both of these w/o's. I've done portions of them on the TimeSaver and they are fun. I love power jigs!!!!
