Today I have upper body so I have a choice of dvds to choose from; yesterday I ended up doing GS Legs and my calves are talking this am.
I also plan on adding some cardio probably a 20 min iTread
I did the Fat Blasting Cardio (Billy Blanks) with weighted gloves on for my cardio day.
My pap smear came back abnormal but the virus test came back negative so I have to go back in 6 months for them to retest me. They said it is just an aging thing. sigh. I guess I am feeling my age today.:-(
