Good morning!

Today calls for yoga/pilate/stretch of choice. I think I'll try P90X yoga for the first time. I'll not be doing the entire 90 minutes of it though!

Good Wednesday Morning Jane and all who follow!

Today I have upper body so I have a choice of dvds to choose from; yesterday I ended up doing GS Legs and my calves are talking this am.
I also plan on adding some cardio probably a 20 min iTread

Jane- how is your husband recovering?

Today was BSB and then coremax 3 ( so I can do a longer cardio tomorrow, when it is on the rotation)}( .
 
Hi Everyone,

Today called for yoga/stretch.....I needed added cardio , so I did Itread 21 (a 30 min. walking workout) and stretchmax with the band.

Tammy emailed me and said she misses everyone , life is very busy right now but she hopes to be back here soon !:D

I did the Fat Blasting Cardio (Billy Blanks) with weighted gloves on for my cardio day.

My pap smear came back abnormal but the virus test came back negative so I have to go back in 6 months for them to retest me. They said it is just an aging thing. sigh. I guess I am feeling my age today.:-(
