Hi ladies,
I made it to the gym and did an 85 minute gym circuit using moderate weights.
I did 4 leg machines, 2, chest/shoulder machines, 1 back machine, cables for shoulders (lat pull down) and a different cable exercise for upper body, dumbbells for chest press using 15 and 17.5 , hammer curls same weights, concentration curls same weights, shoulder press same, triceps overhead same.
Then I did 15 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio, ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 6 deadlifts at 40 pounds, plus a stretch.
Not too bad for not being here for almost 2 weeks and having had surgery and all.
I think I will be sore.
Oh and I tried with no weights doing what hurt my abs for so long and I tell you doing it resting on the bench hurt my back more.
Anyway, nice workouts so far ladies!!
Follow up with the oral surgeon tomorrow and a hair cut, hopefully a workout before all that.
