Good Morning all,

Last evening: CTX Kickbox (warm-up and cardio only) GymStyle Legs (floor work and calf raises and stretch). Didn't do the back work that was on schedule however and so will do that tonight.

Tonight: Back and bicep work.

Yesterday was IMAX2 and 10 minutes of Ab Hits.

Today is GS Legs. That one is a leg killer!

Yesterday was BC cardio/lower body only + BC cardio/upper body only + 20 mins Body Fusion Step.

Today is all cardio + abs.

I am on the same rotation as Jane, so it is HC legs today.
I think I'll ride my stationary bike too, for a little extra cardio !

Amazing Race starts tonight!:) I love that show!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was a ab marathon. Did ab work from SJP, CW, PP, PH, BC and a few others. I love this and will do again as I got to work all angles of the abs. I did not workout tri's. My arms were just fried from bicep curls and I could barely pick up my Speck dog. LOL! I want to give them one more day today before I work them again.

Not sure what I will be doing today.

I did IMAX 2 this morning, I just love that workout, this is my favorite IMAX.

Good morning everyone,

Today was GS legs for me also. I tacked on CW abs just to further the torture. This has been a good rotation. Tomorrow is ME, but I am going to pull a switcheroo and do RS and Ab hits, then ME on Wednesday, and so on for the remainder of the week. I just don't like doing weight segments back to back.

I did Imax 2 yesterday and that is my favorite Imax too (two)! Ha!
I just love it, and it goes so fast!!!

This time AR is the families racing. I hope we like it as much as the couples!!

This morning I did Imax 2 and KM Blast and Leg Drills.
I am very happy that I am getting leaner and my abs are showing definition, not bad for 44 yrs. old.

Morning all!

Last night I did a 3 mile run, MuscleMax and GS Legs Floorwork.

This morning I got up early and did 200 walking lunges and 200 sit-ups, and Imax 3 is on tap for tonight.

Cathy - don't you just love GS Legs?

Jane - looks like GS Legs is a theme here!

Wendy - have you decided on what cardio you're doing today yet?

Becky - Enjoy Amazing Race! Will you watch while riding your bike?

Tammy - enjoy KPC. I love that one!

Carla - Body Max AND GS Legs? You're crazy!

Kristine - I only have Imax 2 on The Terminator DVD. I think it's definitely one I need to have as a whole:)

I have received a e-mail of Jes (Jdoll). She says she and her family are ok.She says the home is still but there will be no electricity for a long time 6 to 8 weeks.She says there
are many people that can not go home. Her grandmother is well and safe in Austin Texas with her brother.They are ok. :) :) :)

Yesterday I did the chest segment of the GS chest and triceps and all the push ups of the chest and back P90X, the TJ cardio party nº 2 and 30 minutes in my stationary bike.

Today I will do the back segment of the GS back, shoulders and biceps,Shape It Up of the Slim Series and the TJ cardio party nº 1.

Well, much to my dismay, my blisters are preventing me from working out today so I have an unscheduled day off,sigh. Not happy about it but if you can't comfortable wear shoes then you really can't workout. Tomorrow is a weight day so I should be able to do that.:)
