Last evening: CTX 10-10-10 (w/u and cardio only) PLB up premix.

Tonight: cardio and biceps.

Yesterday: 30 minutes of Maximum Intensity Cardio (FIRM) & Low Impact Step

Today: Cardio and Weights but I probably have to leave out the weighted leg work.

Hope everyone is having a great morning. Yesterday was PLB and GSlegs floorwork plus abhits. Today is pilates for legs and/or bike for 30mins.

I did IMAX 2 this morning. }( I just love that workout. And I did 20 min of ab work.
Tonight I will go 30 min on the treadmill.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

I'm taking a rest day today, my first in a month. I slept in a little longer too, feel much better now.

Cathy: 10-10-10 is an awesome workout in a short amount of time!

Wendy: IM#3 is hard, but doable. I really like it. The music in the first half is better than the music in the second half, but you are so worn out by that point that you don't notice it! Good Luck!:eek:

Kim: Are your legs tired yet?

Carla: Double WOW! Two intense workouts - whew!:eek::eek::eek:

Kristine: I LOVE IM#2...I was supposed to do it this morning!

Cathy...good workout. We might get rain here later.

Wendy...C&W isn't my favorite for some reason although I love the ab section! No way will you regret the Imax 3 purchase.

I woke up about 4 am with a killer calf cramp x( I got a massage yesterday so maybe the toxins are leaving my body thru my calf!!! So my day might be PHH bunshaper, 4 mile run, PUB Chest & Back and maybe this afternoon Core Synergistics.

Morning all! Today was L&G, plus cardio and abs from Step & Intervals. During the step portion of S&I I landed on my foot wrong and almost broke my ankle. It was the first time that I actually fell all the way to my butt while working out with Cathe. I guess one time in over a year isn't too bad. I think if I'd put maybe one more pound of pressure on my ankle it would have snapped. Luckily it's okay.

Hi all, I did PS Back, Biceps and abs then did the 8 min. taebo.

My hip is killing me, sitting hurts, doing lower back exercises hurts. I am afraid I might end up at the doctor soon,sigh. Can't win. x( :(

This morning I did PUB (no core) and Body Fusion step-only.

Tammy - your first rest day in a month?? Wow! Enjoy yourself! I wish I could say I was looking fit already, but I've still got too many pounds to lose. I'm patiently waiting until 6 weeks post-partum before adding in all the intense workouts like the IMAXs and BootCamp. I'm thinking they'll help blast off the pounds :)

Katie - ooooh, your ankle injury sounds nasty. Glad you didn't actually break it.

Hello:

This is my first check in for nearly 2 weeks. I just returned from Hawaii this weekend. While there, I did Kick Max once, KPC once and weights with a band once. I was only hoping to maintain, but it didn't really work!

Sunday I ran for 35 minutes and pulled a lower calf muscle.

Monday I did Power Hour--enjoyed it a lot but was a lot lower on weights than I was just 2 weeks ago in the middle of the Oct. rotation.

Today I did Step Heat. I'm still trying to adjust my sleep schedule, and diving back into the IMAX's is not something I can handle right now. I had never done Step Heat, and don't plan to do it again any time soon! It was rather silly.
