Annette- Wow, DOMS on yesterday's Upper Body (new routine), it did sound challenging and tough. I know I'd have DOMS as well. Bravo on today's workout with:

Well, girls I didn't get my planned workout done today. DH went to doctor and was prescribed a medication low dose for type 2 diabetes to lower blood sugar. Then we had to phone our insurance to find out which blood monitoring system they will for, then call doctor back and let him know so he can send prescription to pharmacy. They took from 9:30AM to about 3:30PM. Difficult to speak with right person to get answers, but eventually we did thankfully. So after all that we had to run errand at Costco and came home foot was raging with pain and needed iced. After icing for 20 min I then did a two mile walk (Leslie Sansone Miracle Miles - Mile 4 cd but did walks for mile 1 and two.
That was it for me today. Again on four hours sleep, I can't keep doing this, not good for me. So, not sure how I will feel tomorrow as to whether I will workout, we'll see.
