Good morning everybody!

Nicki, great "biceps burner" yesterday with STS 2.0 Body Parts Biceps -38 minutes, & the Biceps Bonus
for 6 additional minutes & finished up with Total Body Stretching SB#1 for 13 minutes. Hope the leg feels
better. I might try & go to chiropractor tomorrow............we'll see...............

Nora, great job yesterday doing Leslie Sansone's Miracle Miles 2 mile walk with DH. Sounds like you are
pulling out your "exercise coach hat" again to work with your DH, getting him back on track. You can do it!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Total Body Strength (with weight plates) - 28 min.
STS2 Standing Metabolic Abs - 11 min.

Hi ladies,

I am sore from yesterday's workout so that is a good thing.

Today was my Lower Body workout using 6 machines. On the calf machine (45 pound plate) 2 sets of 8, incline leg press started with 25 each side, then 45 each side, then a 45 and a 25 each side, ended with 2, 45's each side which was a bear after doing all the others.

Then the thigh machines (1 inner and 1 outer thigh) both of which I took to 55 pounds. Whew!!

Then 2 more leg machines for thighs pushing the weight up (in a seated position) to 55 pounds, the other one you are pulling the weight down only to 45 I think.

My legs was were like jelly afterwards. Then I ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end. Ended up being 80 minutes long,whew!!

Think I will take the elevator down.

Annette- Wow, DOMS on yesterday's Upper Body (new routine), it did sound challenging and tough. I know I'd have DOMS as well. Bravo on today's workout with:

80 Min Gym Lower Body (new routine)- Double WOW!! Truly inspirational workouts always good stuff:)

Well, girls I didn't get my planned workout done today. DH went to doctor and was prescribed a medication low dose for type 2 diabetes to lower blood sugar. Then we had to phone our insurance to find out which blood monitoring system they will for, then call doctor back and let him know so he can send prescription to pharmacy. They took from 9:30AM to about 3:30PM. Difficult to speak with right person to get answers, but eventually we did thankfully. So after all that we had to run errand at Costco and came home foot was raging with pain and needed iced. After icing for 20 min I then did a two mile walk (Leslie Sansone Miracle Miles - Mile 4 cd but did walks for mile 1 and two.
That was it for me today. Again on four hours sleep, I can't keep doing this, not good for me. So, not sure how I will feel tomorrow as to whether I will workout, we'll see.
