Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Rippedism chest/cardio workout. It was tough. Lots of push-ups but I love what they do to my arms/chest.

Elsie - sorry to read you are experiencing pain. Someone at my work has bursitis. He has been off for quite a while now.

Henriette - You are athletic woman. You sure can accomplish a lot in the day - despite all the stress going on.

Sandy - It's been a while since I did that workout. I almost pulled it out this morning after reading your post

Annette - I am the same - small on the bottom but carry on the top. I have to wear a very small waist jean in order for them to fit my legs nicely but my waist is always pinched a bit. I hate that!

Have a wonderful day everyone. Enjoy those workouts.

Hi Ceci,

And hi to all who follow.

Today was Cathe's ICE ROCK Em SOCK Em. Sweatfest for sure.

Have a great day!

Hi ladies!

Love push-ups??? How is that possible? I can't stand them, but that's becuz something in my body just doesn't cooperate. I have to either do them on my knees or the version with legs on a ball. If I ever get around to going to a spirts physio for another issue I will have to have him/her investigate. I have a friend who is a physio, though not sports and she seemed to notice my shoulder blades doing something odd during push ups. I have a strange body, that's for sure.

Today I started work earlier so I could w/o before dinner. I started with super cuts live. Good w/o but nothing got worked to exhaustion and I was not drenched by the end, but the kcal burn was pretty decent. The original Supercuts was harder and better though... This time I really noticed many water breaks in the live which I didn't think were needed. Maybe there room was too warm. It was good, but I did not love it, so I don't think I will return to it.

I then decided to get a real burn going in my upper body with Upper Body Weights and ball. I did the first 26 min, burning out my chest/back, shoulders and bi's and tri's. I skipped the complex and core as it was time for dinner and I want to work my core tomorrow morning.

Still loving the live w/o's!

I love push-ups allthough my left wrist and forearm are not cooperating very much these days. It is painful to use them, so I think I will have to have an Rx sooner or later. I have to say I am not resting those parts much and continue training as usual. Maybe I should avoid any exercises stressing the wrist for a while, but how can you do???? I should be doing only cardio...
Today I did Pure Strength legs and abs. Really worked my legs well: you do lunges first, both with db and bb, then squats, sit and stands, floor work for the hamstrings and thighs, then you end with abs, crunches, obliques, reverse crunches...
I am really fascinated by all the different kinds of exercise you ladies do everyday. You really rock and are an inspiration. It is amazing how all of us manage to squeeze a workout or more into our busy days. Proud to be part of this group!!!

Hey, I did Rock Em Sock Em too. :) I did the Blast only premix (22 mins) ;) & Chest (X2) & Shoulders from KCM Muscle Definition which is a new to me w/o. (Thanks Ceci!!)

I also like push-ups. I am still in the incline (step, no riser) phase of progression. I agree that it does great things for the body. Sorry about your wrist, Sandy. That sucks. You can do standing tubing chest work which is challenging with strong tubing.

I have a strange body, that's for sure.
I feel that way much of the time as well. lol. I have scoliosis and everything is pretty much lopsided. I have to stretch some areas longer or differently than others (lateral planes etc).
Have you given these a try? They are very beneficial for scapula/shoulder blade issues.
