Good morning, ladies!

Last night I fit in ME Upper Body Split before bed. It was the first time I did this w/out and I loved it! The music was awesome and the burn left my arms SHAKIN'!!

This morning I didn't feel so great and had zero energy so I just did Basic Step. I don't feel so good about that so tonight I'll do another cardio and KM leg conditioning drills.

I started a new rotation this week incorporating more strength training and more well-rounded cardio. I also made a deal with myself that if I didn't skip a workout for the rest of the month, I would reward myself with a new Cathe video! Great incentive, huh?!

Congrats Wendy, although I doubt you're reading this! Sandra, you'll probably have just as easy of a labor with all your working out as well!

Today I did the timesaver premix of both GS BSB and CT. My upper body is still shaking, nearly 5 hours later.

TOday was KPC and elliptical following. I HAD to get out of the lab because everyone was irritating the crap out of me this morning. Must be PMS, cause I am not usually this grumpy. Well, I am definitely feeling better now.

When I was choosing to order I noticed yoga zone also has a workout for pregnancies. Do you have that one too?

I ordered Stretching for Flexibility, Introduction to Power Yoga, Fat Burning and Strengthen&Tone.

Congratulations Wendy on your son's birth!! And you didn't go late,LOL!!

I did PS Shoulders and Triceps then did CTX 10-10-10 for cardio, with abs from Power Circuit! Just about 10 min. of stepping is all I can handle these days. Though I did take an anti-inflammatory today when otherwise I had been working out without it. It has been nice to not be in any pain. But sometimes by the end of the day my whole foot is hurting so I thought I would take one today just to ward off any further complications.:+ :eek:

I was down another half a pound this morning after not being able to eat yesterday after getting a tooth filled.:eek:

Week just got busier, we are now able to get a construction loan to finish the work/addition we are adding to the house so now we have to go to the bank on Thursday morning. Life just never settles down does it?!?:eek: The only thing with this loan is you have to complete the work in a year so for the next year my house will be in shambles, oh my!!! But in the end it will be worth it and now the end will be in sight.

Well I am happy! After thinking I wouldn't be able to work out today since I feel yukky I did Workout! I did basic step and then followed with body fusion right after. I used 8 pound weights for body fusion. Not what I had hoped for today but at least it was a long workout :)

Later I may try and tackle push/pull. For now I am happy I did anything :)

I got my behind out of bed at 4 am this morning and did MIC...MIC is hard at 4 am...LOL

Later today I will be doing P90X Core syngeristics..

Congrats Wendy! I haven't posted for awhile - but so happy to hear - you have a boy! :)

Last night was KPC and abs from MIS. Today was a 3 mile jog, and 11 mins of floor work for legs and tonight I will do the entire Legs and Glutes minus the floor work - so excited! This dvd has tons and tons of premixes!!! WOW! I just got it yesterday in the mail and am on cloud 10! I need all SJP and SJ and Supersets and push and pull now! - of course - go figure!
 
Hi everyone! Wow, this post gets busy! It's a bit tough for this newbie to stay caught up. :7

Today was PH. My first time doing this workout. I liked it, but didn't love it. It was fun using a barbell for the first time! I was smart enough to use about 1/4 to 1/3 the amount of weight Cathe was! :7 My muscles gave out to failure a bit early on most of the exercises, but I was once again impressed with my strength and endurance. Whoohooo! I love it when I impress myself- especially with Cathe workouts! :p

I've got a newbie question for you- what is DOMS? It's been driving me crazy all day, but I was too embarresed to ask earlier but my curiousity has got the best of me! :p

Thanks, Sandra!! I do want to have a baby one day...but I'm in no rush. I'm only 30! ONLY?? LOL It makes me very happy to know that when I am pregnant I'll have such a wonderful group of women to workout with and follow in their footstep... ;)

Hi Connie,
DOMS is Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and is the sore feeling you can get a day or two after a new or an intense workout.

This afternoon I went for a 4 mile run, then this evening I did the first Coremax segment.

I also did some Gardenmax today
 
Hey! i did upperbody MM premix today. My knees are pretty mad at me for all the impact last week! tomorrow is C/W.

Sandra: i hardly ever do KPC. too much jumping around:eek: i like L/G though. I am not much of a kickboxer:p

I'm proud of myself. I did the leg conditioning exercises from Kick Max tonight. I was so intimidated by them before that I never even tried them. I went all the way through without stopping!! YAY!!!!
