On tap for me today is coremax 2 and kickmax blast and leg conditioning drills due to time constraints. Have a great workout everyone :)

Tammy- your workout today is a favorite of mine. I LOVE Imax2 and AbRipperX. And together......WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!:D

This morning I'm doing GS Legs and a 30 minute run. And CLEANMAX!!!

good morning all!

Just finished up Imax 3 (but like you Becky - I love Imax2 the most and have to force myself to visit with the other members of the Imax family) and did GS chest.
I decided to go back to one body part/day instead of sticking with the butts & guts rotation. Much as I hate to admit it, my body needs/wants lots of cardio, and I have always felt and looked best when I do CTX type rotation. So I'm going to go with that for a while.
I'm going to add on CM#1 at some point during the day.

Still raining here. Hope somebody somewhere has sunshine today!

Hey everybody!

I did Imax 2 today!!! We all must be on the same wavelength. My rotation doesn't call for it until Friday, but I just wanted to do it today. This is my favorite of all the imaxes! Then I did the abs from CW.

I really feel good after that one. If Cathe gets back to filming I really hope she does another Imax like THAT one.

So I'm undecided. I want to go to the gym today for a run. After last week's accomplishment I am stoked to get back on the treadmill though I won't be pushing for that distance today...on the other hand though, I have been telling myself that I need to start doing the IMAXes again. I haven't done one in quite some time...Hmmmmmm. Any suggestions??? Is it true that the IMAXes are beneficial to running? I thought I read that somewhere....

Carole - another leg workout with weights and running. You gals exhaust me!

TiG - Run, TiGGer, run! I think the IMAX workouts increase your endurance, which in turns helps your running.

Today is chest work for me. I wish I would have gotten up early like yesterday and gotten it out of the way. The thought of push-ups first thing sent me to the snooze button. I'd like to try a 2 or 3 mile run after weight work. A week or so ago I did a 2 1/2 mile run and was amazed to not be crippled the next morning. Adding running to the cardio workouts is a nice change.
 
Good Morning,

NO workout for me this morning x( I worked my PT job last night and my release didn’t come to releave me, it was almost midnight ARGH... But, for tonight's workout, cant wait :p :p I will be doing MM and for my cardio either a 2 mile jog or Imax 2 (1-5) and you know what, I cant wait needing that endorphin, big time :)

Good Morning,

This weekend has been from hell. My husband has been sick since Thursday and myself since Sunday. Messed up my routine big time. Today I am back and doing legs and gultes and push pull(upper body).

I can't wait to workout. Need to release some stress. Still raining here and it's getting depressing. Have a great day.
 
Great workout this a.m. PowerStrike 2 followed by upperbody premixes of BC and ME. My arms and back are buzzing and feeling STONG}( I'm off to get a haircut and am hoping for something fresh and new, it seems that no matter how I get it cut it ends up looking the same within a few weeks, using a diffuser has helped me get my waves under control but it's humid and the dreaded frizz keeps finding mex(

Tammy, P90X is too expensive to get across the borderx( I've been so intrigued by these workouts and keep hoping they'll be available in Canada sometime, Ab RipperX sounds wicked!

Becky, CleanMax is always on my rotation but never seems to get done as much as I'd like, have fun with it!

Conni, I'm with you on IMAX2, fun and intense, Cathe seems so happy and looks so cute in her pigtails on this one.

Carole, you work those legs}( !!:)

Wendy, IMAX's work to increase your aerobic capacity by pushing you anaerobic threshold higher. This will most definitely help your running:)

Robin, that's awesome that you are incorporating some running into your regime. I'm with you on the pushups, they are dreaded and keep my humble.

I am totally having an allergy attack today, so I am kind of dreading my workout, but I know I will feel better when it is done:) I will be doing circuit max today. I love that workout. All this talk about the Imaxes makes me wanna change my mind. I have to say though, my favorite Imax is #3. I just love that one. Well, have a great day folks.

Well, I flaked out of IMAX! LOL :p

Off to the gym I took for a run. 2.4 miles in 25 mins. Not bad for me! It was tough with the DOMS I have in my legs from yesterday's weight work out.}(

I'm better off posting AFTER I work out rather than before because I always change it!

Today did sections 1-4 and the bonus cardio from Totally Cool Step, then taught a 35 minute circuit training class. They talked me into increasing the time, so we're doing it a little at a time.

I used some of the Med Ball exercises from Mindy's All About Abs and All About Legs. Good stuff in those DVD's!

Hannah, totally feel ya on being sick all weekend. I was able to do a 2.2 mile run on treadmill lastnight, but I really had to push it at the end. My strength wasn't 100%. I felt better today, so I just finished RS and ME. I got to use my barbell for the first time, whoo hoo! What a difference. My back and biceps are still reeling!:p

I to do love Imax 2. Haven't done 3 yet, but look foward to it!

Late check in today. I did MIC and have to say that it is the winner of the "burn the most calories" award on my HRM. I had a lot of energy this morning so it was fun instead of painful!

Well, I won't be on for the next week because I will be on vacation. Wish me luck, my 2 1/2 year old daughter is going on her first airplane. I'm hoping she'll be excited rather than scared.

Hope everyone has a great week of workouts. There is a gym in the hotel and a Bally's down the street so thankfully I will still be working out.

Hello everybody!

I'm checking in late again today. I'm not checking in in the mornings because I don't have a clue what workout I'll be doing. I'm not into planning my workouts right now!

Today I decided to rest the legs and the heart a little. The last two days were hard on both.

I did MTV Pilates Mix and StretchMax #2.
 
Hi Jane, I just wanted to say that I wrote down the BC/HSTA/BC circuit that you put together, it looks fabulous and I'm gonna give it a go sometime this week, nice mish mosh Girl!:) Thanks (I think;-))
