Great workouts today ladies!!

Laurie: AbRipperX is my favorite ab workout. It is a great ab workout in a short amount of time.
 
Hi,

This morning I did IMAX. I guess I'm the only one who did the original. I agree that IMAX2 has the greatest Fun Factor. My chest and triceps are soooo sore from the gym style workout yesterday. I'd planned to do GS BSB tomorrow, but may have to do Legs instead, and give my upper body more time to recover.

I guess I'll probably be the last one checking in today. I workout first thing, but don't always get to my computer until late.

I managed ME without the abs (PT's orders). I had to get in a walk this afternoon because the SUN came out!!!!! I was so excited, jumping around like a little kid. I only got in a 30 min walk - I would've walked longer, but DH came along and wasn't up to it. As much as I love the company, he does slow me down.

But the highlight of my day was the massage I got... ahhhh. :)
 
Daily Check-in

Cathe is wearing me out this week! The CTX Series is amazing. I never imagined that express workouts could be so intense. My biceps and triceps are still sore tonight. I did Leaner Legs today with intervals of cardio gliding. My upper body was so thankful for the break! Step and Intervals is on my rotation for tomorrow morning with chest work.
