Today was a sweatier mess than I was anticipating. I did Bodystrikes by Powerstrikes the whole thing, oh my!! [emoji79] Then I did a 12 minute Taebo Express Abs. My legs will be screaming at me later.

Hi Annette,

I was tired this morning so I slept in a bit and did Cathe Live Kickboxing 100 Reps 100 workout anniversary something or other. It was really good! I had to stop at the 40 minute mark as I ran out of time. Loving Cathe Live again. whoa.

You did a kickboxing workout too!

I hope everyone gets in a workout. Cathe Live is worth a try for one month at $10 US! I don't do on demand Sandy as I have all the dvds I want. She is amazing that woman.
 
Hi girls, today I did Ice Chiseled Upper Body + muscle meltdown Shoulders. Doing the MM as a finisher really gave my daily routine another meaning. I tried to challenge myself whenever I could, i.e. when my arm and wrist did not hurt. I find Ice offers so much, it is so flexible, you can mix things up to fit your needs. As always Cathe rocks. My legs are sore from yesterday Xtrain legs! Tomorrow we are in for heavy rain, with thunders and lightings. Not so much fun having to go to work with such weather. Today I worked from home but tomorrow I will have to go

Great workouts!
This morning I did Cathe live's Total body cardio & weights together with my mom. I think she is happy that I have gone to my sister's tonight as these workouts are pretty tough and if I am there doing one she will join in.

We then spent the whole afternoon/evening in Tivoli, an amusement park in the city center of Copenhagen together with my sister and her girls.

It's still summer like weather here so it really feels like a holiday which is great, just what I needed!

Everyone getting in intense workouts. Right on! :)
I really like the ICE MMelts too Sandy. I am working up to them! First couple of times, they killed me...especially the triceps & shoulders so I just took a step back for a little bit.

This morning I did a brisk walk and got too much sun and now my skin is itching like mad. Today I tried a 35 minute HiiT workout from LiveStrong's Stronger. LOVED it .....what an excellent workout. And I added on 1 set of 22 reps on each side of those low-end shaving your legs lunges. Wanted to kick it up with a glute finisher!!
 
Signing in before bed - have to get my 7 hours!

I missed the check-in yesterday but did work out with Cathe Live on Monday and I also did the 100th episode, CeciFifi - did you do the platform drills? they were my favourite.

Today I did Cathe Live Upper Body Sculpting, I felt it throughout but felt totally fine afterwards. I don't want to be sore but I wonder if I should have pushed harder - maybe I'll add a few pounds to each exercise next time.

Henriette, I love that your mother works out with you.
