Guten Morgen freundinnen,

Today I did XFA - Cardio Legs (1/2) + 40 minutes of Suzanne Bowen from her Tighten Torch and Tone workout.

Great workouts from all of you yesterday.

Henrietta - I love AT - I only do the first 27 minutes of it cos the rest - well - it's not my cup of tea.
Sandy - I always cut the rests by 2/3 in Meso 3 cos my heaviest weight is 30 pounds so I don't feel I need the long rests.

Have a great day everyone. I am glad to read we are all doing well and getting in our workouts.

Hi gals,

Today was KCM TLC Boxing Combos since I have a sub job this afternoon.

Have a great day!

Hi evrybody! Today I did Meso 3 plyho legs disc 26. I chose not to do the squat rack option this time, because I haven't got a squat rack and prefer to workout safely. I also prefer a bit more variety in the exercises and this one is perfect.
Cecififi, yesterday I googled Xfa and had a look at some videos: i was intrigued as you often mention doing their w/s. Will have to explore more, one thing is for sure: there's so much out there that can be tried.
Have a nice day!

Hi all!
I just finished To The Max and I swear I look like a strawberry. Bright red with freckles. I had seen it was just 52 min and that there was also a 5 min bonus tabata so I thought I could do both. Think again! I did just the workout and was rather thankful that it started buffering twice... That gave me a breather. My max HR was 178! A lot higher than yesterday and avg for whole workout 148! Tough but very good workout. Burn 582kcal. I actually bought a Chromecast today to make the streaming easier as I don't like using a computer or iPad when I workout. I am a creature of habit... I want everything shown on my big tv right in front of me in my workout room... Otherwise I get distracted and annoyed.

I have made a rotation for this free month of streaming to sample as much as possible... So it will be a lot of firsts for me the coming weeks.

Oh Siobhan yesterday was Athletic Step not Athletic Training. AT is supposed to be good so will try that one in the coming weeks.

Great to read all of your workouts today. You sure are early birds! I am a later exerciser here & on Pacific time! lol.

Today was just a walk as I was so busy. Next couple of days also expected to be super busy, so will likely be back to check-in Friday! See you all then & have the most wonderful week.
I am going to see Madame Butterfly Thursday night. Just can't wait! :)

On a workout note, just wanted to share that adding Linda Woolridge more often lately has been making quite a nice difference especially in my shoulders. They feel 'more open', a lot stronger lately and look nice! An added (cosmetic) benefit is she works my inner thighs more than any other instuctor. I actually was very skeptical about any 'barre' type routines helping with upper body, but I have been proven wrong it seems. I've done quite a bit of PIlates over these past 17 years or so for the rehab benefit (I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 16.5) and I suppose I saw these barre type workouts as being of a similar trait, but with some of these excellent instuctors, it is something different altogether than what I had expected.
