Gaiam-Total Body Challenge:CrossTrain dvd- Lower Body workout w/balance disc--20 min.
YT-Juice & Toya- 20 min. Upper Body Kettlebell workout
YT-gosimpli- 20 min. seated Pilates Ring workout

Today was Essentrics Stretch in Motion WO#1 Hips & Hamstrings 25m + Fascial Flossing Lower Body 19m

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit of upper body weights going heavier than normal, sled for cardio(pull backwards strap, push forward, use strap to pull the sled to you) , then 2 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch all in 85 minutes .
