Hi ladies,
Today was an 86 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 leg machines, 2 upper body machines, a cable exercise, then dumbbells for chest press with 17.5, 20'sand25's, bicep hammer curls with 17.5 and 20's, wrist curls with 12.5, seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5's. Bicep curls up and reverse down with 10's and 12.5's, overhead with 1 dumbbell at a time for triceps 1 arm at a time with 17.5 and double arm overhead with 20's. Sled backwards strap pull 6, push 7, backwards strap pulled 8 then pushed 8 done mostly for cardio.
Finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus light dumbbells for triceps and then a stretch.
Didn't want to tax the knee even though it didn't really hurt much except with the backwards strap pulls.
