Workouts are looking good ladies!!
Today was another gym circuit for chest and triceps, 1 leg machine (leg extension), sled up to 11 plates, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 2 isometric exercises that I did NOT do yesterday.
Chest barbell press starting at 65 pounds and ending with 1 rep at 85.
Dumbbells chest flyes with 15's and 20's.
Incline chest press with 20's
Triceps kickbacks with 15's and 10's
Overhead triceps sitting and lying down with 15's and 20's.
1 dumbbell over head fat end hold with a 20.
Then the leg machine,
Then the sled usual but up to 11 plates. Almost had to use a man doing floorwork as a speed bump, he saw me in time to move,LOL!
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with isometric holds (not supposed to do them 2 days in a row so I did different ones) and a stretch.
85 minutes total time.
I was sweating while unloading the sled, whew!!
