Hi ladies,

Good to see everyone back in the swing of things, nice workouts yesterday!

Today was an off day - I did Seasun Z Fit Super Step and core. Wring me out!!!

Tomorrow DH has a procedure, am not sure when I will be able to check in, but GS Legs on the rotation.

Good morning everyone. It means so much to be able to check in each day!

Today I did Amy Bento's Drop Set again only this time I did upper body + abs. I do not tend to do the same workout back to back but this one is just so gosh darn good! I am going to get more of her stuff.

Conni - you are so good at staying in a rotation.

Carmen - I hope it's not too hot to workout. It's gonna feel like 41 here today.

Annette - Big changes for you now that you are at the gym. Have you noticed any quick results yet?

Hi ladies zumba was a blast last night. I was drenched! Today I have a mtg after work but I hope to do a 12 min intense full body workout using bodyweight only or heavy weight if possible.

Little bummed today. My son and I let something so stupid blow up out of proportion regarding what I wanted to wear to his wedding that now if I go we wont be happy and if I don't we wont be happy. Praying thru this...:(

Hi all,

CeCi, I have lost a pound finally so that is good. My legs aren't as shakey coming down the steps after my workout (gym is on the 2nd floor) so that is good also.

I did Getted Ripped Extreme (no weight work though) for my cardio today.

Hoping with the added cardio I will lose more faster.


Carmen I am sure you will work things out.
