Good morning ladies,

Nora, boy, it was hot there yesterday! Don't blame you for skipping your workout! Hopefully, you will enjoy cooler temps today! It's in the low 50's here this morning!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Functional Fitness Circuit" - 50 min. (This is an oldie, but goodie! It's a longer one, but alot of variety and
a small jump rope section too! I use my ropeless.) I don't mind a longer workout, when the variety is there! Time flies!

Today I did the latest C&E workout from YT. It was a mix of metabolic conditioning with bodyweight moves and a long stretch at the end. It was perfect!

Linda - A lot of Cathe's older workouts were longer. I will check that out as I Iove Cathe's jump rope workouts and tend to forget she has more than one bonus w/o.
Annette - I keep thinking about your upcoming test results. I've even been googling about it. I hope all goes well.
Nicki - Yeah for the green light your doctor gave you regarding your workouts. It's hard to believe this is almost behind you as it caused you so much discomfort last year (and this year).
Nora - I'm sorry to read you missed a workout. Ugh. It hasn't been all that hot here the past few days. I've been wearing socks and sweatshirts.

Just to let you know that the jump rope segment is closer to the end…she alternates
JR with exercises..JR is 1 min., next is 45 sec., next is 30 sec, then another 30 sec.,then
45 sec & 1 min. but they alternate with exercises. Fun…..she also shows alternate
exercises to do if you don’t want to do the rope.
 
Well, I think I will try and get to the pool tomorrow. Cool breeze but sunny today just not hot enough for the pool.

So I put in Cathe's Boss Loops Glutes and Core and did the 1st Timesaver premix which was almost 35 minutes. I modified some but my legs are feeling it.

Nice workouts.

Siobhan, I honestly don't know what test they are running. I just know they do genetic tests and clotting time tests along with a slew of others. Must take awhile because with normal blood tests I would have gotten some results by now and I have gotten nothing so far.

Annette, that's too funny! That's the workout I did today! Cathe's Boss Loops Glutes and Core and did the 1st Timesaver premix
 
Boss Bands Glutes and Core for 52 minutes and finished with Total Body Stretching #1 Basic Stretching for 14 minutes. I forgot how good this one was - same with the Glutes and Core! Enjoyed myself today and was able to do some hip rotation stretches which felt so good but I'm so tight!

Wow! that does sounds like serious fun factor workout, love those! WTG & high fives!! Yes, it was very hot yesterday, today was 86 degrees but very humid so still feels like sauna. Oh, well at least the temp was lower so that's good , it just needs to be lower still for my liking. Oh check out YT- Pausing Time - She has a cool one called

You mentioned even modifying some on legs and they are still feeling it- I need to put that one in workout rotation that's a good work. Good stuff!:) Sorry the pool did not workout today.
