Hi ladies,
I had a dental appointment this morning so I didn't make it to the gym. But nevertheless I did Jamie McKagan latest Boxing workout that aired live this morning at 7 am UK time. And normally I don't do them till the next day but I remembered that it was Tuesday and she does her boxing type workouts on Tuesdays. So I did it, it was 50 minutes of punching, scissoring the legs, jumping jacks and then some tabatas at the end focus was shoulders. It was good.
I am still numb from my 11 am appointment and can just now drink a little. The poor dentist had to keep adding more numbing stuff since I kept feeling it.
Anyway great workouts all around.
