Hi everyone! Annette...thank you so much for always getting us started. I appreciate it. Also, I LOVE Cathe's kickbox workouts. They're always a great sweat fest. Missy, I hope you have some nice weather for your ride today. And "something is better than nothing", so good for you. Aquagirl, REST. We've all been getting hit with illness and injury. Take some time for yourself. Today I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer Step boxing. It tripped me up a bit. Sometimes her choreography and cueing are......well...not Cathe. Have a great day everyone!

I also love Cathe's kickboxing and I know what you mean about cueing that's just not Cathe. I tried a Zumba step w/o Sunday and the cueing was so bad I stopped after just a couple of minutes. I am not usually bothered by KCM's cueing... cueing has to be really bad for me to notice it.

Anyways for today's w/o there was no need for cueing. I did KCM's shape up premix combining both workouts so a 54min sweat fest. Those are some tough cardio tabatas. The workout is all tabatas. Weights upper body (quite high rep) followed by cardio, often high impact jumping on and off the step etc. The cardio really got me breathing hard and sweating and the upper body tabatas worked nearly all upper body... well chest, shoulders, triceps and back. I missed working my biceps though, so I will definitely work them one of the next days.

Love everyone's workouts, rides etc today! Kickboxing not only works the muscles but gets the joint kinks out! Also, you can pretend to punch someone in the face, get it out of your system and no one is hurt! :p
Hey to you Ceci!!

This morning I spent a lot of time at the wall & floor doing ball release work and some restorative yoga. Feeling better today, did Clean Press & Power Up with Fit Body by Julia (youtube), everything but the tabata which still made it a longish workout. I'm a generally under 43 mins type of person I guess. Haven't visited her in a bit as I haven't been doing high impact etc.
 
Apparently I don't have good sense, cause I just finished a 30 min. Cardio Slam blender workout. :). I did sweat
A lot, so maybe I sweat out of me whatever! Hope it doesn't make me feel worse, but the workout felt good.
 
hi everyone,

nice to see us all checking in and working out! I did a short workout blender of low impact cardio (someone's mix) I added on a short 20, 15, 10, 5 upper body routine. See you all tomorrow.
