Hi everyone:

Well, it's back to work today, but hopefully only a half day ;-) I'm really enjoying my time off and just hate for it to end.

Today I'm going to kick off my running. I've decided to give a half marathon another try. I haven't picked a race yet, but hopefully will find one to my liking soon.

Marcia...take it slow with running..:)...you can probably do a search for some runs near you. I only know the ones around here in Calif...:)


Well my core lost a bit of strength! So yes I have DOMS there from P90X Core Syn!!! Feels good though...}( ...for today. I'll do P90X CardioX plus the power circuit segments from Bodymax and L&G floorwork.

Today will be CTX chest and abs. Need to have short workouts this next few weeks to help me get back into the swing of things.

Recently read a post about push&pull and realised I only did this one once and thought it was too easy. So I looked at the premixes and did P&P Legs double premix and the P&P Upper Body double premix. Doubling made it harder and I really liked it. There's also a triple premix, but I need more time to do those. I added abs.

Carole - core syn, haven't done that one in like forever ;-)
Kim - keep going and before you know it, you'll be back in your w/o routine.

Hi all,

I did PUB triceps and biceps, abs off of MIS and the cardio only off of CTX 10-10-10!

My mom is still waiting on a liver, her kidneys are functioning slightly better so that is good. Keep praying!

Hello everyone! After wakig up at 3 am to drive my brother and SIL to the airport I'm enjoying my second day off for the week. I think I strained some of my chest muscles on saturday when I upped my weight so I did some old school step today. Power Max on an 8", it was killer for some reason! I enjoyed it but it go my huffing and puffing! I think tomorrow I'm going to do the long premix of KPC and LL....

Hey there.

This morning I did:

GSC&T:
52 out of the bazillion p/u's (LOL!) in the intermediate position.
2 sets of bench presses
2 sets of chest flys
2 sets of lying extensions
1 set of seated extensions
1 set of x body extensions
2 sets of kickbacks

GS Legs floor work only and CTX Kickbox plank/ab work only.

I had to shorten up the Gym Styles due to time constaints...

Now I'm off to do CTX Kickbox cardio since I couldn't fit it in this morning!
