Today I did CTX kickbosing + biceps (I didn't do cathe's abs). I added on 15 minutes of TTapp.

Yes, December is going so fast, I can hardly catch my breath!
Today was Cathe Live Low Impact Hiit Circuit and core on my own. I think I am going to do CTX the rest of the week..good idea Siobhan!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was the 11 minute Taebo (the original 8 minute one that is really 11) then I did the Power Drills off of Cardio Kicks.

My new goal is to lose 2.5 pounds by Christmas. We'll see how it goes.

Hi ladies, today I did Hiit upper body circuit and bonus abs 2!Annette nit reaaly easy to lose weigth during Christmas but go on !! You are a star!!
 
Remember Sandy I can't taste anything so not eating during the holidays won't be as much of an issue.
