Today I did a Cathe Live of back and biceps. It was 43 minutes.

Thanks for asking........A little better........I'm just a "lost soul" now. My days/nights
evolved around Jack...........I had a schedule with him.........and having to put him on the
chair, couch, etc and off again.....things like that.........since he wasn't able to make those
jumps any longer........the days were his and I scheduled things I needed to do around
his schedule.......now it's like "what do I do now?" I am having trouble sleeping at night,
(yesterday, I got up at 2:30 AM!) but I am trying to keep going......As long as I try to keep
busy, I'm ok, but it hits me at anytime, and I go down, just feeling sick .........

Nice Cathe Live - back and biceps this AM.....I love biceps workouts!
 
Hi ladies,

Linda, grief is like that, you will have good days and bad. You can feel better with time.

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, dumbbells with moderate weights for chest and hammer curls(20 & 25 for chest)( 20, 25, 30 and 35 for hammers), triceps with 10 and 12.5, wrist curls and biceps curls with 10 and 12.5, and seated clean and press with 10 and 12.5.

Then I showed a 32 year old muscle bound young man the sled. Started with nothing and worked up to 3 plates (I am doing some work cardio wise showing him how), then he (thought) he was finished so I continued and put 7 plates on, saw me push it and got curious as to how it felt and came back asking to try it. He did push it down and back and he did feel it. Now he says that his personal record is 7 plates. At least he liked it. We unloaded the sled and I finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch.

Awww Linda, I'm so sorry you are going through this. Grief is unbelievably tough. And yes, it comes and goes in waves. The void when our dogs leave us is a challenging new normal. I remember the emptiness in the house earlier this year when our Maisy died. I am glad you are back working out, even if you don't feel like. Big hugs to you!
 
Athletic Training, on 2 risers. LOVE this workout! I had started with just the platform so I see improvement! Also went from the light pink tubing to the medium tubing. I also added the UB Foam Rolling from the LM&R series. Another fun one!
